Okay, so I work full-time as Community Manager. I run an entire apartment complex and am often working, even when I’m off. But, more importantly, I am a single mom to a teenage boy. This is my fun.

Here is my only apology, but I suck as an rp partner. I bounce around to threads I have muse for and draft the ones that I will get to when the muse comes back.

This doesn’t mean I don’t want to play with you. I will try to tell you if I’m not feeling a thread (I do forget at times), and we can do something else. I’m just really slow and if you want to play with me, I need you to understand that. I love to write and rp, which is why I keep coming back to it.

I post opens a lot to get partners, but my starters don’t often get responses. Which is fine. But I post them if I’m feeling a certain character or whatever, but it’s not because I’m intentionally ignoring you.

I literally could not care less about which FC I play against or which muse of yours you’d like to play. I prefer personality to faces, though I like you to use gifs if possible as it’s easier for me to play against.

Please do not get upset with me when I appear wishy-washy by not choosing a specific muse of yours to play against. I love unexpected chemistry and playing around with different people, the FC and character you choose to play is YOUR CHOICE. I am not picky with this.

Valencia enjoyed the awkwardness of this one, and while she usually preferred a bold one, she was willing to take him on. She raised a brow when he finally said what he wanted, though she’d already known by his behaviors that he was considering it. “Make me happy?” she decided to comment on, and leaned over, whispering in his ear, “What would make me happy is to have you moaning in my bed.” She stood up and waited expectantly for him to follow. “Come along, darling. There is much for me to teach you.”

“I’ve been looking the other way for months.” She said honestly still holding her coffee with both hands. She was afraid she’d scared him off with the outburst and although it was juvenile she liked that he understood how it was warranted. Crossing her leg over the other as she sat on the veranda wall, she raised an eyebrow. “Maybe I like getting my ass bit.” She laughed nervously and moved one hand from her coffee mug to now hide the deepened blush on her face as she brought it up to shield herself. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean it like……I mean…..” She scrunched her nose still desperately trying to hide her embarrassment with her hand. 

When he admitted he had a shared infatuation she felt like her flesh was on fire. She couldn’t blush any harder. Her heart started pounding, she felt like her mouth was dry, the knot in her stomach bursting into a field of fireflies. She finished her coffee and looked at her watch. “I should probably go prepare for my next lecture.”

Alastair nodded his head, understanding where she was coming from, and he understood why she’d released as she had. Hearing her comment, he couldn’t help his boisterous laughter, not having expected it from her. “It’s all right,” he said, reaching across the table to rest his hand over hers for a moment, “You don’t have to be embarrassed if you enjoy that sort of thing.” He pulled his hand back and gave her a playful wink. She had a sweet blush to her cheeks and he liked the sight of it. The silence lingered but it wasn’t uncomfortable, feeling more at ease with her than he’d expected when he’d initially sat down to eat with her.

“Do you?” he asked curiously, “Perhaps I should as well.” His next class wasn’t for an hour, and he wished he could think of more to say to keep her company, but understood needing to get to work. “You’re welcome to work from my office,” he finally suggested, wondering if she’d accept being alone with him in there.

Resna was independent and full of life and curiosity, but in being driven, she was used to getting what she wanted. More than that, she liked getting it when she wanted. It was part of the reason she’d successfully kept her vineyard afloat when she inherited it from her careless grandparents that refused to embrace technology and nearly ran the place into the ground. It was her baby and everything else she engaged in came second. Josiah was the one thing she was willing to make an exception to her selfishness in. He was like an onion, layers upon layers and capable of bringing her to tears. She huffed, a little dejected by the reality that she might be more invested than he was. “You have a foot in this life and a foot in the next. You can’t run in two places at once.” Her dark brown eyes searched his face, worrying that the weight of his grief might be a stone in a river, incapable of being moved. Resna held out her hand for him, “Let’s walk. It’s too nice to not explore and I don’t want to sit here moping for being the dumbass that asked you for more than you could give me.”

Deep down, Josiah knew she was exactly right, but he couldn’t quite admit it. It’d been a long year and she’d been a bright side in it, though they hadn’t know each other long. She was bright and fun, where he tended to get lost in his own thoughts, having lost his old friends because they grew tired of his sullen ways. He hadn’t always been that way, having once been full of optimism, but that disappeared the year prior. He’d just experienced the first anniversary and it was difficult, but hearing she wanted more was not how he expected the day to go. He stood when she suggested the walk, not hesitating to take her hand and follow Resna’s lead. “It’s not what you think,” he said after a few minutes of silence, “It’s not that I don’t want you.” He cleared his throat and turned to face her, stopping where they were walking and his gaze was intent, “If I admit I want this, then it means I’m forgetting them.”

It was nice to be surrounded by the important people in his life, especially with Ambriella at his side. Things had been different with them since the scare, but Andrew had been patient with her. He didn’t want to push her into something she wasn’t ready for. It had been frustrating for him at times, but he was working through it. Tonight she’d been more affectionate, but he was still going to be patient. 

The soft tug drew his attention and he leaned down to hear what she had to say. Nodding his head, he let her walk away, casting a glance after her before excusing himself from the conversation to follow her. “Hey…you alright?” 

Things had always been easy with Andrew, and because of that, the idea of them struggling weighed heavy on Ambriella’s shoulders. He was patient and kind, where she was impulsive, simply wanting them to be okay now and not have to work for it. She wrapped her arms around herself as she stepped outside, sighing at the cool air against her warm body. When she felt him there, she smiled to herself, feeling so much of him and how they felt like them again where she’d not lately.

“I’m okay,” she assured him, turning and resting her cheek against his torso, her arms wrapping around his middle. She sighed contentedly, feeling so at home in his arms and she knew she never wanted anything else. “Just hot in there,” she said softly, tilting her head back to be able to stare up at him, “You’re so wonderful, did you know that?”

Ophelia’s head felt fuzzy when she roused from sleep, moving to sit up as the situation slowly dawned on her upon realizing she’d woken up next to Diego… her friend who she’d tried so hard to hide her feelings from, and she was very much no clothed. Hands fumbled as she tried to retrieve her clothes without falling out of the bed and trying to be quiet until she tensed at his voice breaking the silence as she was pulling on her underwear, silently wishing she’d been quicker. Her cheeks flushed as she tried to figure out something to say. “I should…” she began before all caution was thrown out as she looked over at him, clothes falling from her grip. “O-okay.”

Diego glanced over at Ophelia’s face and knew she regretted what had happened the night before. For himself, it was a long time coming, something he’d desired of her since meeting her. Their friendship was something he treasured and now he was afraid he’d ruined it by acting on his feelings. When she agreed to stay, he felt bold as he wrapped a strong arm around her middle and began to guide her back to the bed and into his arms. “Don’t run off,” he whispered against her ear, closing his eyes with the thought, “I don’t want you to go.”

Her blushing caused a cheeky grin to curve his lips, a soft chuckle escaping. “It depends on the context, I would say,” he couldn’t help but reply. “You could always try,” he mused in a softer but slightly rough voice, brushing a knuckle over her warm cheek. There was just something about how flustered she became that stirred something in him.

Virginia was once again at a loss for words, nodding her head in agreement, because context was very important. “What context were you referring to?” she managed to ask in a steady tone. Hearing his next comment had her dropping her gaze away despite the welcome touch of his hand. It was as though he knew she was inexperienced and had no idea what she was doing. Was he flirting with her? She thought he was, but didn’t know to reciprocate that to him. “I think--,” she trailed off, trying to pull together some words that sounded good, and sighed, leaning into the touch of his hands, “I think you’re teasing me.“

Virginia didn’t know what to say or think, hearing Diego say that. He couldn’t mean it in an inappropriate way, could he? She was confused and definitely a blushing mess as she tried to think of something to say in response. She knew too much time had passed for something intelligent, so she sucked in a breath, trying to ease the warmth she felt all over. “I think, um, maybe, that’s a good thing?” she said softly, “I mean biting can be cruel.”
