outofpride. Which one? I’m guessing you either mean iustitiamoirai or maybe menrva? Both essentially mean lady of justice or justice. But I’m happy to go into more detail.
iustitia is Lady Justice ( also Justitia ), whom is a roman goddess and is related to the greek goddess Themis. She’s essentially the allegorical personification of the moral force in judicial systems. The scales of justice represent truth and lie ( wiki ). This goddess also dates back to Egyptian times with the Goddess Maat and Isis, and then Themis and Dike. They essentially represent the divine rightness of law.
moirai are related to the fates, the three women who decided the lives of both mortals and gods and both feared them equally. This comes from my other blog ( Zero ) who is titled fatamoirai. The fata being the sparing ones and it relates to the germanic norns. In my headcanon of giving one the first title of justice and the last moirai, she is essentially the goddess of justice and thus decides the fate of those who refuse her law and order.
menrva ( also called menerva ) comes from the etruscan mythology and is also personified as the goddess of war, art, wisdom and health. Her counterpart is the roman goddess Minerva. Please understand these two are NOT THE SAME, hence why she is called menrva and the other is MINerva. She’s also been compared to the Greek Athena who in kind is related to Minerva. Some traits from athena are; wisdom, courage, inspiration, civilization, law and justice, mathematics, strength, war strategy, the arts, crafts, and skill in the ancient greek religion and mythology. Meanwhile, Minerva’s traits are; wisdom, sponsor of arts, trade and strategy. Ironically Minerva was born from Jupiter and Metis, and Jupiter recalled a prophecy that his own child would overthrow him. Fearing they would grow stronger than him and rule the Heavens in his place, Jupiter swallowed Metis while said metis forged weapons for her child while INSIDE Jupiter. Then finally Jupiter’s head was split in half and came fourth was Minerva who had the weapons forged by her mother.
I bring this up because this is essentially the same story with Zero and the other sisters, in a way, the flower becomes one with Zero, and Zero attempts to kill the flower by killing herself, the flower panics and creates all of their ‘daughters / sisters ‘ and among the first to rise was One. She was also the first to speak, and stop Zero from snapping the neck of Two. She leads the Intoners on a journey to save the world, and overthrew the corrupt Lords. One also is compared to Logic, Wisdom and virginity ( since she was the only one of the sisters to not have a disciple, though no one knew of Brother One ). She made laws and attempted to bring fourth civilization.
Either way, hope that answered your question nonnie.
