Is it me or do y’all ever get super hype about making a new friend? I barely make friends in real life, so when I do I get excited, want to know everything about them, and try to be a really good friend. But after a few months it always seems to go flat and distant. I get that people are busy, but a simple ‘hey how are you’ text isn’t that hard. It feels like the phone only works when I reach out. Starting to think I just can’t make friendships that last because they don’t try and when i hang out it always feel like a here damn
