One Way Or Another || Ivy & Bash
Sebastian watched the girls face clearly, to see if she’d noticed the little trick he did with the plant. There was something in her gaze that raised his attention but nothing that gave him enough of an indiction to force him into some excuse or something worse. He’d gotten lucky, or maybe it was her that had. His blue eyes drank her in, scanning her for just a short enough time that it wouldn’t raise suspicion. He’d thought she was pretty the first time he’d seen her, with her red hair shining like fire. It sufficed to say his opinion hadn’t changed.
“Really? Well that’s a happy coincidence, I hoping maybe i’d run into you again.” He replied honestly, with a grin still lining his lips. “Actually I just stopped into look around. I was walking by and this place sorta reminded me of the green house at my old school. I used to love it in there, in fact I spent most of my time there after school. I can totally get out of your way if it’s a problem though.”
“Really?” she looked up at him as her lips formed into a small grin. “I’m guessing you’re getting to know the town well?” she raised eyebrow as she tilted her head to the side slightly. It didn't really go unnoticed how he looked at her. Even if she wasn't looking at him directly, she could feel his eyes on her. It was like he was drawing her in, as if he had something planned for her - and she was just playing along, willingly.
“It’s not a problem at all” she told him before she stepped to the side. Her attention went to the flowers for a brief moment, checking on them before she looked back at him. “What school did you go to?” she questioned. She was quite curious on why he came here. Crystal Cove is a small town, which she did love. But considering all the other possibilities he could have, why here.
