Not much progress but progress nonetheless.
the best thing about losing weight is that in theory- it takes zero effort. You could be lying on your bed all day and still be productive. Losing weight is the product of NOT doing something. The only thing that makes it hard are those monkey instincts in your brain. Every time you eat something, you’re succumbing to that primal urge. But c’mon. humans are evolved. lets stay that way. Keep control.
little things I’ve noticed after losing weight
1. I can see the bones in my hands without having to stretch
2. My jawline is super pronounced from chewing gum all the time
3. My collarbones look so good
4. My boobs (surprisingly!!) are smaller?
5. I look taller
6. I can fit into tiny spaces with ease
7. People can pick me up really easily
8. Boys (and girls 🏳️🌈) notice me now
9. OVERSIZED 👏 CLOTHES 👏
10. I just feel better without all the fat hanging off me
11. I can skip meals and people are worried
12. I’m more graceful and floaty
13. I feel beautiful
14. My skin is clearer from so much water and green tea
15. I don’t get so hungry anymore
16. Sometimes I forget to eat lol

My Goal Diet
💕1 week diet plan💕
Day 1: Water fast for minimum of 15 hours.
Day 2: liquid fast for 20 hours with minimum of 400 calories.
Day3: 400 calorie max.
Day4: 350 calorie max.
Day5: Water fast for minimum 15 hours.
Day6: 300 calories max.
Day7: 250 calories max.
