Stuck door? a lot of the time it’s because the door has expended because the bottom of the door was never sealed. I can remove the door, trim the bottom, seal it and reinstall the door so it works good as new!

Did the pluming for a friend’s hair-washing sink.

In order to mount the lighting fixture and add the 2 recessed medicine cabinet we had to bump out the wall a few inches above the sink. My client finished the drywall and painting work.

Before, Middle and After. I cleaned opened up the wall, removed the nasty insulation and let it breath for a few days. Someone else repaired the siding outside of the house that caused this interior water damage.

My client in Berkeley had a chicken coop that was feeling a little under the weather. we spruced it up with some clear corrugated material.

Most of the time when I mount a TV on the wall the client wants the wires hidden behind the wall. I added power and 2 HDMI ports that lead to the intertainment center. My painter came in after the drywall patch dried and sanded and painted.

I’ve installed bathroom ventilation fans in almost every kind of space imaginable. the house was on a pretty intense slope so we couldn't get a ladder up to this area. I did all the work from the inside of the house, i just had to attach and caulk around this exhaust vent from the outside. luckily that window opened up and down!
