Hi!!!!
I’m female, 21 years old, 5’3, 128 lbs. I want to be 105 AT LEAST by mid May. I’ve been doing 36 hour fasts every other day, eating less than 1000 calories on eating days, getting 15k-20k steps a day, running 2-4 miles 3-5 times a week.
Give me some aggressive, strict, unhinged ways to make my goal weight come sooner!!!!
