♡ Essentials for your bag ♡
A cute compact - Having a compact mirror is a must. Etsy has great well made mirrors that you can even get monogramed. Also check local thrift store, poshmark and depop for cheap vintage mirrors! They’re a cute and unique way to check your makeup and do touch ups. Bonus points if there’s a powder puff included.
A manicure kit - You never know when you’ll break a nail. Keep one just in case to keep your nails looking neat and clean. You should always keep a small bottle of nail oil and a nail strengthener/clear polish for days when you don’t have any polish on you can keep them shiny and polished.
A pen & journal - It’s pertinent to always log your thoughts, feelings and even just jot any little reminders for the day.
A book - We all need to spend more time unplugged and carrying a book is a great way to do so. I love reading at the bus stop and in the tub. Try taking a trip to a park and reading you’ll find you like it.
A makeup bag - Be sure to only carry the essentials: Lipstick, lip liner, mascara, eyeliner, lip gloss and lip balm.
A snack + water - Small bags of crackers, chips, fruit snacks, and granola bars are perfect. As well as an infused bottle of water. For colder months, a small thermos of a warm drink or soup is hreat too
Mesh bag with a small piece soap - It keeps your bag smelling great
Mini version of your favorite perfume and deodorant- Great for smelling nice throughout the day!
