1. Have a so called ”calorie day” once a week. That day you have to eat atlest 1200cals (only healthy food still). This will prevent your metabolism from slowing down. By having a ”calorie day” your metabolism will be faster thru the next week, and that way you will lose weight faster. TRUST ME ON THIS ONE.
2. Drink a lot of water. Water keeps your metabolism going, clears your skin and makes you look prettier. And most importantly water is a very important oart if you want to lose weight.
3. Sleep atleast 8hrs at night! (And take naps). They weren’t joking when they said they needed their beauty sleep. When you sleep your body uses it’s all energy to procress the food you have eaten. With a poor sleeping schedule people usually end up gaining weight. Also, if you workout but dont sleep enough, you will have no results, or it will take a really long time. So remeber to have your beauty sleep!
