My friends have collaborated on a neato creature- the Capra Pyrenaica - Knightly and Playful Ibex 🐐 , and it'd be awesome if their work got some love- and votes!
A lot of work and love went into their creature to make sure it fit well with Ark's style and world! Give it a look!

The Pyrenean Ibex was a mountainous region goat that went extinct not once but twice, after an attempt to clone it ultimately failed.
They enjoy residing in mountainous areas and cliffs, such as the snowy mountains of Genesis 1. They are very social animals and even playful, known to engage in chases or play fights!
While female Ibex sport smaller horns in real life, this will have no effect on combat.
Main Abilities
Mountain Goat: The Ibex is capable of scaling sheer cliffs and staying in place without falling. They can traverse horizontally across these surfaces. Ibex take no fall damage.
Multi Air Jumping: While the Ibex has a decent vertical leap, what makes it special is its ability to repeatedly jump while in the air, limited only by stamina. These air jumps have more horizontal power than its initial ground jump. The faster the Ibex is descending, the greater the height and speed the Ibex will achieve when it next air jumps, creating an ideal “rhythm” for jump timing and traversal. While in the air, the Ibex has mild air control in any WASD direction for a smoother experience.
Jump Combo: The more the Ibex jumps, the more it builds up a combo counter. This increases the damage and armor/defense piercing of its next big horn attack. It is a playful creature happiest when bouncing around.
Living on the Edge: The Ibex’s sharp horns have a small amount of innate piercing.
Leaping Charge: By holding right click, the Ibex can be aimed in any direction. When click is released, the Ibex kicks hard and charges in the indicated direction. If performed in the air, the Ibex slows its falling speed for a second, granting the player a moment to aim. This functionality is similar to the Tek Gauntlets or Tek Sword, and does less damage than other attacks, mainly serving as a mobility tool. It has a small cooldown.
Bouncing Buffer / Debilitating Dancer: When the Ibex air jumps, it creates a small downward shockwave. Hitting targets with this will apply a speed buff to allies (tames only) and a damage taken increase (from tames only) debuff to enemies. It is generally only meant to hit one target at a time, per jump.
Sword and Board - Saddle & Tek Saddle: The Ibex sports a regular saddle with a shield motif. Additionally, complementing the Ibex’s “sword” horns, the Tek saddle functions as a “shield”. When powered by element and activated with Left Ctrl, it reflects projectiles incoming from its sides. This protects the Ibex only. Alternatively, it reduces all incoming damage, with more damage eating more element charge. Regardless, it should serve some defensive function rather than lasers, as our focus is on melee.
Taming
The Ibex is a knockout tame, with the caveat being that due to its thick skull and hardiness, it takes reduced torpor damage in the wild and wakes up somewhat quickly.
Alternatively, if simple knockout is not desired by Wildcard, it could be tamed by initiating a play fight. The play fight is started by feeding it salt to begin a round of play. The Ibex will bleat when it is ready, and then the Survivor must react to what it does.
If it turns its head sideways it's going to do its sweeping attack (use shield to block).
If it rears it's going to do its slicing attack (swing sword as it comes down to "cross swords").
If it lowers its head it's going to normal headbutt (dodge to side).
After each success you can feed it. Give more salt to start another round.
Possible Controls
Left Click:
Forward camera - Basic horn headbutt.
Sideways camera - Tosses head side-to-side in a sweeping motion.
Backwards camera - Back leg kicky! No piercing, as it does not hit with the horns.
Left Click (Hold): Rears up then does a slicing horn attack, first downward then upward. Increases damage and armor/defense piercing the higher the jump combo is, resetting the combo counter.
Right Click: Small but quick horizontal jump in camera direction OR toggle a defense stance that reduces knockback.
Right Click (Hold): Directional charge, as described above in main abilities.
Spacebar: A decent vertical leap from the ground. From the air, it is more diagonal and works as described above in main abilities.
C : Bleats! Bwehehe. :3
X: Drop from cliff/wall.
Left Ctrl: Activate/deactive Tek Saddle.
Weaponry can be used while riding, though this will probably prove difficult to use while hopping around.

I have attempted to workshop a fun tame with a new feel to its movement, as well as one that will viably service Survivors throughout the whole game, whether bouncing around the world or assisting in combat or serving a utility purpose. Bringing at least one to most encounters and missions should be good, since they'll be supporting your existing combat tames like Rexes or Shadowmanes rather than trying to compete with them directly. It does do good damage on its own, however, when utilizing its active gameplay!
I have not provided stats, as those and balancing or tweaking ideas is up to Wildcard.
Between the migraine spikes, worked on #ArtFight attacks. Learned pixel art is not only easy for my brain on low spoons, but I just... Seem to Get It. (you can see me level up with each piece.)
