Seeing that "I'm your man" shot of Avery makes me crave to see him in action... Love how you do action poses and would love to see it more in your styleee

Also you asked for song recs, been musing about the boys with "Who Are You Really?" by Mikky Ekko. If that's anything 🤭

Ask answered! When I saw "action poses", the traditional answer would probably be combat or sword fighting (which I will do too one day), but I really wanted Avery to do some surfing 😼

Besides that OH MY DAYSSS I love this song rec so much, I did some story beats for the first bit of the song!! If anyone wants to grab the concepts and actually do something with them, please be my guest!! I wanna see this done but I don't have the time 😔

I did a small redraw of my first post here! Am happy I found a good art style and rendering style I enjoy drawing in eheh

It looks extremely different I know, I promise it's by the same person 🥀

What I like from the original: the shading and rendering, plus darker colours work nicer with the atmosphere. I just don't like the way I drew Avery.

What I like from the remake: the painterly rendering is nice. Could be a bit darker and I could have added the wooden sword + put Avery a bit farther back and closer to the platform edge.

I don't know if it was worth trading the simplicity/original grey vibe but I think it still looks pretty.
