head empty thoughts only jj on moving day ...

⠀ೋꨶ waking up in the morning to a jumble of noise outside, going to make coffee but you're still sort of fuzzy-brained from the sleep so you don't yet notice the u-haul parked in the driveway next door... but soon enough you see them, the family that's unloading the truck, a mom and her sons, and you feel dizzier than before even though you're all the way awake now

⠀ೋꨶ when you see her first, she's carrying a box at her hip, pointing at one of the boys, saying something undistinguishable, with a messy bun on top of her head, ears sticking out from behind pieces of wild blonde hair, and a sweatshirt pushed up to her elbows, and a gold chain around her neck-- you think you've fallen in love at first sight...

⠀ೋꨶ sitting with your coffee by the window can only last so long before your watching them seems a lil stalker-y, so you go to get dressed and before you know it some sort of 1960's housewife has possessed you because you've donned meticulous makeup and your favorite outfit and you're outside with a few glasses of whatever flavored lemonade was in the refrigerator and you're introducing yourself!!

⠀ೋꨶ it seems her forces have melted away, 'cause it's only her carrying boxes inside the house, and you think the boys must be taking a break because it's gotten hotter out, and her purple sweatshirt now sits in a crumple on the grass somewhere, leaving her only in a tank top, a tank top that's so tight against her skin and her arms are so defined and she could probably pick you up like it's nothin' and suddenly your mouth is dry, and you're stumbling over your own name, and she's so sweaty and seems exhausted and you can't think straight whatsoever, but she's so kind and so appreciative of the cold drink and introduces herself so sweetly and her eyes are just so sparkly in the sun!

⠀ೋꨶ and maybe you start to babysit michael when she and henry are away and she cooks dinner for you sometimes and kisses you on the cheek when she's leaving you there for the weekend and you wake up every morning extra early to wave at her through the window while she's leaving for work and sometimes she wakes you up even more early to force you on a run but you can never keep up with her but you love any time spent in her presence okay sorry for rambling i just love her so so much!!!
