I haven't updated in soo long and I've missed writing so so much but I have been in such a funk lately it's unreal.

So much has happened in my life and I have absolutely no one I can lean on for support. I have no idea how to find a gal pal because it seems every time I do their just using me for something and finding a good man is a completely different tale.

As of late I spent some time in the psych ward for the first time and it was an experience to say the least so now I'm trying to work on inner healing.

This little slice of space seems to be the only place I'm ever heard. Is anyone else out there struggling to find good friends and people to surround yourself with? Does anyone know of good activities/hobbies to help occupy yourself with? What things do you do to help your mental health?

I was hoping you could writing something simple about an so who has really early onset arthritis or joint deterioration

Like when it rains or the temp changes to much their joints hurt or will hardly move it even swell up

Their joints constantly popping (I have to manually pop my elbow or else it hurts a lot

Or sometimes they have to use a cane because walking can really hurt sometimes
