update after another LOOONG BREAK
Sooo.. I haven't posted or even reblogged anything in literal AGESSS!!! I've been living my life, it's pretty- well VERY busy. And it's awesome XD So heres the actual update part, a few things: I've changed my ultimate goal weight. When I was 160 lbs I felt like I had a loong way to go to 99 lbs until I'd be happy with myself. WRONG!!! I LOVE THE WAY I LOOK NOW!! And honestly I don't want to go down to 99 anymore since it would probably be a pain to maintain and just wouldn't be worth it. For the past year, I've pretty much been just maintaining my weight- 20 bmi i think? And it's been so,,, normal? I just eat when im hungry. For maintaining my weight I don't limit myself on fast food or sweets, but since food costs money I try to have lots more home cooked meals XD AND YES!! I still eat frozen dinners too after work lol. So, since I'm pretty much where I want to be, my focus is now on eating healthier more often. (not 100% ofc lool) But I think that if I eat healthier, my weight will continue to maintain itself!! That being said, rather than posting about updates in weight loss I want to try and post more recipes!! More specifically, I would love to create a collection of recipes for low calorie sweets, so expect more posts about that XD

some thoughts i've had after a break
Ever since I've been losing the w3ight, I've felt a LOT better about myself. I feel more confident. I feel happy with my b0dy and myself as a person. For a few months I stayed consistent at 120 because I needed the energy for college, and it felt so weird. I just ate what I wanted, when I wanted, and it was the same as I was before, just that I'm lighter now. I like looking at myself in the mirror, I like seeing myself in photos. Even if I'm not at my ugw, it's just nice to see the light at the end of the tunnel in that I can appreciate the way I look. I see a lot of posts about people hating themselves even after losing some w3ight and it makes me really sad :( Everyone I've seen on here has shown so much resilience and dedication, whether they've lost a lot, a little, or not much at all yet.
It's amazing how persistent you all are. Even after bad days or bad weeks, I see you all pick yourselves back up and go for it again. So, regardless of how close you are to your gw, or how often you trip up, I absolutely do not think it's fair to think of yourself as lazy or not committed or lacking self control- remaining ambitious and sticking to your goal for an extended period of time is an accomplishment in itself.

Derma-rolling~
You can find derma-rollers on amazon! basically all u do is apply vitamin C serum to the targeted area, use the derma-roller and roll it all over the area for about a minute, apply more vitamin C serum and repeat once every two weeks! this promotes collagen and tightens the skin but DO NOT DO THIS EVERYDAY u need to make sure u give ur skin time to heal! i highly recommend this, it takes a few months to start seeing a difference!
B-flat~
So this is a little more on the pricey side. basically what it is, is a cream that u apply to the targeted area and u will feel a burning, tingly feeling which only lasts a few minutes! u apply twice a day for best results and it will tighten your skin and also reduce stretch marks!
Supplements~
I suggest taking collagen supplements while doing these things! u can get it in powder/pill/gummy form! i use the powder in my smoothies :)
Excercise~
There are different workouts u can do to reduce the appearance of ur loose skin by building muscle and leaning out to fill where ur loose skin is! ੈ✩‧₊˚STRETCH MARKS ༊*·˚
Oils~
Coconut oil: THIS is what originally faded my stretch marks and i used to have deep purple stretch marks. i massaged it into my stretch marks every day after i showered and after a few months they were pretty much gone!
Massage oils: u can find different massage oils on amazon for cellulite and stretch marks i use the M3 NATURALS anti-cellulite massage oil and i put it on everyday after my showers and it smells summery!
Vitamin E oil: u can mix this with the coconut oil!! vitamin E is known for anti-aging and its very moisturizing!
Vitamin C oil: u can also mix this with the coconut oil! i personally believe vitamin C is the most effective along with the coconut oil!
Bio-oil: im sure you’ve heard of this one, many women use this during/after pregnancy! this is very effective as well, i definitely recommend this!
Lotions~
Palmers cocoa butter formula: this stuff is super affordable on amazon, and it works AMAZING!
Any other lotion: u can really use any lotion as long as it’s moisturizing! its super important to keep your skin moisturized!!

Even if it will give me a headache. Even if it makes me cry cause I can’t eat and I’m starving I’ll keep going and for once in my life I’ll finish a diet that I’ve started.
I’ll also be walking 10k steps every day for 10 days!
Let me test out if I can really lose 9kg in this first I’ll experiment that for you guys if you want to keep updated follow me I’ll post multiple times a day on how it’s going and what’s next + how much I’ve lost every day and at the end! 💙
