The soup diet
So I’m going on the “soup diet”. It’s supposed to make you lose between 4-7 kg (8,8 - 15 pounds) in 7 days. On the first day you make a big portion of the soup (it will last you 4 days) + you are allowed certain foods. I’ll post a recipe for the soup tomorrow, but it contains; onions, peeled tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, carrots, cellery, bell peber, bullion, premade tomato soup, tacosauce and different spices.
The entire meal plan:
First day: Eat all the fruit you want, but no bananas. And all the soup you want as well! You can drink water, sugar free tea and cranberry juice.
Second day: Eat all the veggies you want, but no peas, corn or dried beans. For dinner you can eat a baked potato with butter. Eat all the soup you want. You can drink the same as yesterday.
Third day: Eat all the veggies and fruit you want, and all the soup you want. You can drink the same as yesterday. You should’ve lost 1-4 kg by now (2-8,8 pounds)
Fourth day: Eat 3 bananas and drink a glass of milk, and eat all the soup you want. You can also drink water.
Fifth day: Eat 300-400 g of chicken or beef (I’ll eat chicken, and prob less than this) and a can of tomatoes or 6 fresh tomatoes. Eat all the soup you want. Lots of water!
Sixth day: 2-3 steaks, or same amount beef/chicken (again I’ll eat less and only chicken) and all the veggies you want. You can drink the same stuff you could the first day.
Seventh day: Brown rice and veggies - and all the soup you want. You can drink the same stuff you could yesterday.
