Returned to the gym this afternoon, after a few weeks out, with a hard and intense workout. I'm very happy I'm over 100Kg at 100.3Kg/221.16Ibs/almost 16 stone. Back to the gym, Easter Sunday and, again next week. #HundredKilos

I'm back from the gym with my gym training. I'm getting bigger, now weighing in at 105.2Kg / 232lbs / over 16.5 Stone. I'm only 6.8Kg / 15lbs from achieving my year end bodyweight (BW) target. #BW232 to #BW247 Back to my heavyweight training Tues and Thurs to make another three times a week as minimum target.
