She couldn’t bring herself to look in the eyes letting her eyes trail to her hand as she spoke. “I want to know because I remember bits and pieces. Some of then show me that maybe a one point you loved me and maybe no I did love you.” She said even if he was erased from her memories the feeling stuck.

"N-no." God dar was a fickle person always switching from one thing to another. Cas pulled him back hugging him from behind. She placed her head on his back refusing to look up at him as she spoke. She waited having him in her arms as he drifted off to sleep. Cas ran her fingers through his hair as watching him while Jace was consumed by sleep. “I don’t want to forget again.” word whispered through her lips as she left him in bed. She tended to her work.

jace woke up in the morning with a wretched head ache. He groaned as he sat up from the bed. every little sound in the apartment bothered him. “Ugh why did i drink so bloody much”.

Cas yawned as she walked into the bed room grinned as she saw him awake. She herself had been up all night working. “Morning it’s only 7 Jace. I can get one of the bots to whip you up something. If you need anything that is.”

jace groaned and pluped back into bed. “I just want this massive head ache to go away”.

She punched some buttons on her arms and there was some noise from the kitchen before there was a glass of hangover cure in front of him. Cas flopped down on the bed beside him and moved close to Jace. “Do you love me?”

jace took the glace and drank a sip before Cas spoke. Jace nearly choked when he heard her question and began to cough a bit urgently as he let the liquid slide down his throat. “Uh um what?” asked jace a bit surprised by her question.

She turned away for him seeing how he was reacting. Cas didn’t know what had gotten into her as she just left them in an ackward silence. “S-sorry just forget it.” Cas got up and made he way out if the room.

jace reached for Cas arm and grasp her wrist before she left the room. “Cas what did you just ask?” jace felt his heart pounding.  He didn’t quite understand Cas right now. he didn’t understand what she wanted from him. Cas was always like a puzzle you had to paste her together to see the whole image.

The words we’re stuck as she felt her heart stop right there when he grabbed her. She didn’t know what to tell him, she didn’t want to push him away again. But she wanted to know. “Do you still love me?”

Jace stared at Cas for severla minuetes. He did not say anything.  after a while Jace said “Take a seat Cas. I think we have a lot of talking to do”.

Cas hesitated at first still not facing him till he had asked her to sit with him. She didn’t want to sit and talk she wanted to know his answer right then and now. Sitting down quietly and finally looking into his eyes she was staring at him, red eyes trained on his. “Talk then .”

Cas got some of her robots to clean the place up and ready things for later as she was taking care of the mess known as Jace. “Shut up and sleep before I put you to sleep.” She yelled pinning him down to the bed and throwing the blankets on him.

Jace let out a hearty laugh and said “just like old times. always tryna boss me around.” jace smiled up at cas. it was evident in his eyes some of the affection he had towards her.  the alcohol in jace system was making jace more honest and less stiff.
