Using chat like the baddie you are !
Like most of you, ai has taken a huge place in our daily life, but i realize most of us don’t know how to take real advantage of that beautiful tool.
I see people using chat as a dating advisor, doctor, ways to do your assignment…basically ways to not work your brain and i have to be honest i was guilty of that. I became so dependent on it, that even doing the most simple task, i would rely on chat and like my dolls, we need to work our brains so it remains strong and sharp in our old age, mkaay? 🧠✨
But one day, i realize that i was not using chat to its full potential even tho i truly believe there should be a limit in the way we use ai, there is also so much good you will get from it if you are smart about it.
So here is few ways that i started to use chat to improve my personal life:
🧴 improving my skincare routine
I took a picture of my skin and all the product that i used and asked chat to improve my morning and bedtime routine.
Based on its recommendation, i then asked for a list of products based on a specific budget and baby… my skin has never been better.
🧖🏽♀️ bi-monthly home facial
Just like the previous point, i took a picture of my tools and my skin, and asked how many times i should do a facial in a month, how long i should steam, plus recommendations and technique to upgrade my routine and now i’m saving a loooot of money on beauty services.
🏋🏽♀️ home workout routine
You all know that i have been steppin up when it comes to this body of mine and i got to say chat did help a lot for it. I took pictures of all the equipment i had at home, sent my measurements, and asked what would be a good weight based on my size and body type…and boom! a personalized workout routine that actually works for me.
🥗 a diet that i will actually follow
Fasting has been a game changer for me and i don’t think i will ever turn my back on it. However, i knew i needed to eat better to have real results. So i asked chat for a diet based on food i actually like and asked for supplements based on the things i was lacking but needed to improve my health as a whole.
So as you can see, there is a lot of ways to improve your life if you use chat as a tool, not as a way to cheat the system. Be as specific as possible so you will have a better quality plan and make sure it’s something you can actually follow.
We live in a time where we have the utmost access to information and resources and it would be a shame not to take advantage of it. Use this tool as a way to plan, set clear goals, and just get more clarity!
On that note…
see you on my next blog, girlies 💋
My love letter to my twenties
As you may all know, i will be turning 30 in a few days, and as my birthday is approaching, i have been reflecting on my 20s and all it has given me.
My twenties truly gave me my first of everything. My first true love, my first true friends, my first job , experience, basically everything that made me who i am today. I never sat down and took the time to appreciate all the growth that came with my twenties.
Looking back, i was so young, so clueless about the person i wanted to be. From going to college, switching majors, trying to figure out what i want to do with that art dregree, graduating, moving away from my family, it all has been such a challenge that i never thought i would made through but look at me now.
I have never looked this good and felt this good about myself. Every aspect of my life feels so fulfilling! The relation with my family and entourage have never been this healthy because i have boundaries and a better understand on life. I now know how to speak with love and care, i dont have anger nor hatred in my heart anymore.
I know myself and there is so much peace with that!
Dear twenties, you were truly a bitch to me but god i love you , i thank you for all that you brought me. Without you, i would not have met the love of my life, my bestfriends, my career. You showed what rock botting looked like but you also showed me that whatever comes my way, i will always get throught every thing.
I have everything, i am such rich, so so rich because i am so loved. Knowing all i had to face, i can proudly say that i am happy. I am so beyond happy.
Dear 30s, i have learned so much already. I hope that i keep on learning, growing and bettering myself. I wont let the teaching that i learned go to waste. I promise you to show up for myself everyday a lil more. I hope you be kind to me and be as memorable as these 10 last year but better! Way better!
Cheer to more trips, more joy, love, money, girls night, family time. CHEERS TO MORE LIFE!
On that note, thank you. Thank you so very much. My dear twenties, i will never forget you, you will always have a speacial place in my heart.
I love you and thank you!

🌞My new morning Routine!
You know one thing about me is that i am all about self care and self improvement. Since the beginning of this year, i have been having a hard time sticking to my morning routine. Even though I have been hitting my 10k steps, worked out at least 5 days a week, drank a ton of water, life has been feeling super unbalanced.
Then i realized the reason, i could barely wake up early, always feeling tired and overwhelmed is because i was putting to much on my shoulders. I have been doing to much all the time! Even my rest time was about achieving something and from there no surprise your girl has been a shadow of herself. My health and self care were no longer about improvement and giving more love to myself, but it all became a task that i was no longer wanting to do.
So i realized things needed to change, so i am starting with a new morning and night routine - that is all about balance, care and recentering. Yes i want to be disciplined and be my best self but i also need to balance it out with taking care of my mental health!
Here is my updated morning routine!
Waking up at 5:30 and drunk a cup of water ( luke to warm )
Taking a 10min mindfulness ( meditation or visualization )
10 min of Qi Gong ( https://youtu.be/0gTJ_eBZy7g?si=vSlTzeMeeO9ObVAY )
Drink more water
15min workout ( i try to do a 30 days pilate challenge nothing too intense but enough for me to be active )
45-1h walk on my walking pad ( but if you can go out and connect with nature )
By then it is around 7am , then i start getting ready for work!
You wont see no mention of breakfast or food because i do intermittent fasting and usually get my first meal around 10am. I got amazing result by going hard last years, but now being a month away from my 30s, my focus is all about feeling good because the looks have already been secured!
Something that i realized as the year advanced, we all need to take better care of our inside so the outside can really shine!
I have missed my tumblr community and will try to be more active and come with more gem about how to take better care of ourselves and be the baddies we were always meant to be!
On that note, muchoo besos to you and see you next time
r/Bratz
Sometimes, we just need to let them be.
And that is something i’m still learning tbh.
There’s a very thin line between protecting someone and controlling them. and a lot of the time, we cross it without even realizing—especially when it comes from love.
We’ve all been in a situation where we saw our friend fall for someone with red flags screaming in 4k or saw them step into a situation that looks a little too familiar and yeah, giving advice is okay and wanting better for the people you love is natural but what matters more is being a place of safety and not be that I TOLD YOU SO FRIEND, cuz ewww no ones likes her.
I have this tendency (lowkey highkey) to think i know it all. like, i’ve seen things. i’ve lived things. and okay, maybe i have, but i also have to remember that my experiences are mine. they don’t automatically become lessons for someone else just because i survived them.
We are all different people. We feel differently and we learn differently.
And if i’m being honest? i didn’t listen to warnings either. I was stubborn and i needed to go through it myself to really understand like… yeah that wasn’t it. some lessons only stick when they’re lived and that doesn’t make us dumb—it makes us human.
Not everything can be taught, some things have to be felt.
So maybe we stop trying to control other people’s lives; maybe we trust them a little more, maybe we choose peace
and when it all falls apart (because sometimes it does), we’re there. quietly. gently. with open arms.
Because nobody likes unsolicited advice.
But everyone needs support.
So on that note, choose peace and love xoxoxo
We Made It!
My loves 🤍 WHAT. A. YEAR!
Truly one of the most intense, chaotic, heart-expanding, soul-shaping years of my life. Looking back, it honestly feels like i lived 20 different lives in just one year. i moved back to my home city, switched careers, got MOTHER-EFFIN ENGAGED to the love of my life (still screaming), traveled twice, and somehow survived every challenge that tried me.
Yet… i’m ending this year overflowing with love, happiness, and yes — a whole lot of success ✨
So i am taking a lil moment, looking back, and feeling deeply grateful that we made it here. another year survived, another year learned from, another chance to do even better than before.
2025 was all about change, breakdowns, breakthroughs, and rebuilding.
But 2026?
2026 is about refinement. elevation. improvement.
Soft life, quality life, it-girl-who-has-her-sht-together* life.
So before stepping into the new year, here’s your little reset checklist 🫧
• break your year into quarterly goals (yes, one vision board per quarter)
• update your workout plan because we’re honoring our bodies
• declutter every area of your life (phone, followers, closet, fridge, energy)
• get yourself doll’d up — hair, nails, wardrobe, mindset — because how you start the year matters
• set your word of the year — the intention that will guide everything
Mine? discipline, babyyy. Because 2026 me is building BIG business energy 💼✨
And to end this little love letter — Thank you. truly.
Thank you for being part of this tiny but powerful community of baddies who just want more from life and aren’t afraid to work for it.
I love you all endlessly 💗
Here’s to glowing, growing, and becoming her in 2026.
The Art of Slow Living: Regulating the Nervous System ˗ˏˋ ꨄ ´ˎ˗
A life where there’s no need to rush.
A life where you can take the time to notice almost every detail about the clouds in the sky; where you can use your senses to their full capacity. One that you can focus.
A very desirable and achievable life.
Slow living goes hand in hand with regulating the nervous system. A dysregulated nervous system is way more harmful than it sounds. It signifies a state of imbalance between the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) systems. This can manifest physiologically through fatigue, dizziness, chronic pain, seizures, partial paralysis.
Choosing to slow down in a world that’s constantly rushing is also self care ₊ᰔ ⋮
I read this from somewhere, i think maybe a post on here: everything in the world seems to be sped up, there are sped up songs, sped up videos and people in their twenties complaining about being old.
Sound baths ♡⊹ ࣪ ˖
Sound baths are known for their soothing and healing effects, which can have physical effects such as muscle tension, headaches, and pain. This is my personal experience so it may not be the same for everyone. Here you practice breathing and meditation, even without the sound baths. My favorite channels are: chakra vibrations ⁺₊⋆⁺₊ healing vibrations ⁺₊⋆⁺₊ irene athanasiou ⁺₊ ⋆⁺₊
The healing powers of nature ♡⊹ ࣪ ˖
Some say humans were meant to live in pure nature, and I can’t say I fully disagree, since we thrive in it. The sea, the trees, the grass, the soil, the sand, and the air all contribute to a balanced and healthy nervous system. Nature engages the senses, which can ground the nervous system and improve body awareness. Just being in nature alone can reset your nervous system.
Digital overstimulation is real ♡⊹ ࣪ ˖
Reduce constant screen time and set intentional limits. Replace mindless scrolling with reading, journaling, or simply observing nature. Your feeds often promote the need to rush, whether you’re watching influencers or seemingly motivational quotes online that really just make you question why your life is moving at the pace it is.
The blue light from screens interferes with the body's production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep. So try this at least before bed. The constant stream of information from digital devices can keep the nervous system in a state of hyperarousal. A digital detox removes this constant stimulation.
Additionally, constant notifications and fifteen second videos can cause an artificial spike in dopamine. Unplugging allows dopamine levels to return to a more stable baseline, which can help reduce compulsive behaviors. It’s okay to be quiet! You may use your phone to get rid of your thoughts, not even realizing that these constant rush of thoughts are caused by your device. A detox provides silence.
An Anti-Inflammatory & Fibrous Diet ♡⊹ ࣪ ˖
Said a million times but still true; what you eat contributes heavily to your how you react and respond to certain situations. Say you eat nothing but unhealthy, ultra processed foods for the entire week, there’s no way you’ll feel good. You will have an energy crash, you will experience inflammation and digestive issues. If you change your diet, you will notice better skin health, you will have more energy, and you will feel lighter both physically and mentally.
However, consistency is key, as your body needs time to adapt to new eating patterns. Diets that are rich in saturated fats and sugar decrease levels of vital proteins in the brain and lead to poorer neuronal performance. So read the labels, swap unhealthier choices out for healthier ones, meal plan and shop smart. And drink 2-3 liters of water every day.
Fruits - Blueberries, Strawberries, Apples, Oranges, Watermelon
Vegetables - Spinach, Kale, Broccoli, Carrots
Whole Grains - Oats, Quinoa, Brown rice, Barley
Legumes - Lentils, Chickpeas, Black beans
Healthy Fats - Salmon, Walnuts, Chia seeds, Olive oil
Herbs & Spices - Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Cinnamon
Beverages - Green tea, Water, Herbal teas
Movement ♡⊹ ࣪ ˖
Exercise boosts endorphins (the brain’s natural stress-relieving and pain-killing chemicals) and improves blood flow to the brain, improving brain function & mood; both of which support a well-regulated nervous system. Yoga, walking, cardio, dancing, pilates, tai chi, etc., are all great options to use, while aiming for 7-9 hours of sleep per night to give your body the healing it deserves.
So take your time, take deep breaths, be purposeful, be self-awareness for your own well-being and the planet's, and remember this is not the end; things will change as long as you want them to. Stay tuned for part 2! @urdreamgirlangel

Love this concept
Saying no to alcohol and yes to lemon water. 🍋
During this month of NOvember, I’ve decided to say no to drinking any alcoholic content. I’m not an excessive drinker, but I noticed urges of needing a drink after many stressful days.
We’re halfway through the month and here are some things I’ve noticed:
• Less napping and more energy.
• (Still) clear skin.
• Balanced emotions.
• Greater intuition.
• Better focus.
A single month of sobriety can make more of a difference than you know.
