Let’s talk about the 2% Rule. ♡
If you know me, then you know my biggest goal in life is simply to level up. To become a finer, softer, stronger, more elevated version of myself every single day. Not through overnight transformations, but by getting just a little bit better, every day.
After a lot of trial and error (and plenty of humbling moments), I realized something…
There is no shortcut.
Every time I tried to cheat the process, look for the easy way out, or finesse the game, I ended up setting myself back. Sometimes I even had to start all over again.
The reality is that the things worth having usually require consistency, discipline, and patience.
Anything that seems too good to be true usually is.
That crash diet that promises you’ll lose 15 pounds in a week? It’ll probably have you gaining it all back just as fast. But the healthy lifestyle you slowly build over months? That’s the one you’ll actually maintain. That’s the one that makes you feel confident, energized, and genuinely happy in your own body.
So… what is the 2% Rule?
To me, it’s about choosing the option that only a small percentage of people are willing to choose.
Taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
Cooking yourself a nourishing meal instead of ordering takeout.
Going to the gym when you’d rather stay in bed.
Putting your phone down to read a book.
Going to sleep early instead of scrolling for another hour.
None of these choices seem life-changing on their own.
But stacked together? They completely transform you.
The 2% Rule is choosing the harder option today because your future self deserves it. Because your body deserves it. Because you deserve it.
Be intentional. Romanticize discipline. Fall in love with becoming the kind of woman who keeps the promises she makes to herself.
That’s how you level up. ♡
