FINISHED PRODUCT
here is what my final product will look like, a lovely ecological way to reuse eggshells. as well as to be able to grow something and contribute to the environment.
(P.S. the seedlings you see here are from my seed trays at home and then transplanted into these shells to show the effect I want to create)
plans for these:
if they were to be sold to consumers they could already be made up with compost and seeds so that all the consumer had to do is add water. and them sold in packs called garden eggs with a range of different plants so that they can then be used in some ones garden.
Really like this product. Good idea.
Presentation Boards to be continued
Team 4s presentation boards
Good layout. Quite a lot of writing on the first board
Mid-point Presentation.
Group 2.
Here is mine and John’s PowerPoint for our furniture research project. Overall we are happy with the work we produced throughout the project from research to final idea.
Here is my model for my final design, I feel the model could have been a bit neater but I struggled to cut the curves into the foam board and to get the card to the right size. If I had to make the model again I would probably use different materials to make it easier and give a better final model.
This is my final design with costings and a Google Sketchup of the design. My questionnaire showed design number six as the most popular but they felt with the ever increasing need for space in the home it needed storage so we added some shelving within the curved cavity under the legs.
Here are the design ideas for my furniture project. Some of these I really like but others are more based on form before function so wouldn’t be very practical within the home or office. I have done a questionnaire to determine my final design.
On Monday 25th November we received our new project brief for our ‘Furniture Project’. We are required to research different types of furniture and design a piece of our own, for this project we will be working in pairs.
On Tuesday 26th November I went to Lakeside retail park to conduct some primary research into different types of furniture, such as chairs, tables, cupboards, desks and shelves. Above are a few images of what I collected from Next Home, Harveys, IKEA and The Range.
Animation of mine and Owens final sketch up model
Really good animation
Here is the Powerpoint presentation of our interior design project
Some good primary research images here. Where did you get them from?
Here is mine and Ryan's powerpoint presentation for our interior architecture project.
This is our final design and Google sketchup drawings. We have removed both fitted wardrobes, the cupboard (to allow for additional disabled access) and we have turned the two en suites into one large one for the master bedroom to clear more floor space for our disabled user.
Here are my design ideas for my interior architecture project, I am doing to master bedroom, bedroom three and both en suites
This is me and Ryan producing our model out of foam board and uhu glue, we feel it's an accurate representation of the space we want to create
We have chose to do bedroom three and the master bedroom with both of the en suites. Above are the ways I would change the floor layout for these areas as part of my design ideas.
