Boom, baby, boom!

Didn’t leave myself with very much time tonight, so this nightly didn’t get the same polish and was mostly a reference scribble. Still, I wanted to post it as motivation- may have to experiment with the opacity on this/similar brushes to work with colouring in future

I meant to do a more focused test with DR style but I had nothin left for it except a ghosty.. blob... bean? An attempt was made anyway- usually I spit out a whole bunch of nonsense things when I can’t direct myself to anything so this time I thought I’d go a bit further with it and actually try to fill it in. This is all I could manage tonight but it’s still less flat than random scribbled lines

Time to change up the look because I’m so over my old brush style now and wanna get to inking instead. It’s October after all

Just scribbling a little to feel it out. I might do another one with some more focus but I’m liking the idea after this first test~
