"Depends on who they are," she nodded, and hoped it was someone who wouldn’t care. "Miss you? No. Slytherin’s just really cold and the way I see it, you’re a blanket that just talks more," she teased.
Jackson considered his answer for a little bit before he told her honestly. "I don't think he liked to see me here actually." He shrugged a shoulder as he looked down at her. "But don't worry. It's probably nothing." He assured her with a small smile. Raising an eyebrow at her, his smile quickly turned into a teasing smirk. "Oh really?" He laughed, poking her side on purpose. "That is something interesting. So you like to use me to be warm and to watch me talking. That's such of an amazing reference to the future." He teased her.

"No," she laughed and stepped into him, closing the small gap between them. "I just don’t want you to get caught." Kate moved her hands from his forearm and wrapped her arms around his neck, locking one hand around her other wrist. She leaned in to kiss his cheek. A year ago she wouldn’t have thought she would have missed anyone this much after not seeing them for three months, especially him.
Jackson rolled his eyes slightly at her answer. "Right..." He murmured with a nod, clearly not convinced with her explanation. "We're safe." He grinned. "Only a student saw me but it's no big deal." He shrugged a shoulder as he looked down at her. It wasn't like the boy would say anything about it or at least he hoped so. At the last winter ball, they were caught in her room and even if it didn't bother him that much, Jackson wasn't interested in doing a second round. It was just the beginning of the year, after all. Both of his arms were still wrapped around her waist, keeping her closer. "So you didn't miss me?" He tried again. "That's what you're saying?" He asked her jokingly with a wide smile.

Kate had been lying on her stomach for the better part of an hour, trying to decipher Transfigurations. In true form, the assignment wasn't due for some time, so trying to get through it without having talked about it in class was a little difficult, even for her. She looked up at the wooden door when the knock interrupted her thoughts. Looking over at the time she sighed and rolled off the bed, pulling her hair around to lie over her shoulder and pulled it open. Looking up she saw Jackson and beamed happily. She looked down the hall both ways quickly before grabbing his wrist and pulling him inside.
As soon as she opened the door, Jackson smiled widely at her. "Hell-" The words were lost in his mouth when she pulled him inside. His arms wrapped around her waist as he chuckled lightly, raising an eyebrow in surprise. "Missing me that much, uh?" He asked her teasingly. Jackson would have to admit that he actually didn't think that it was going to be so hard to spend the whole summer away from her. Obviously he survived but it was still a little boring.

His books were still untouched on the floor when Jackson stood up from his bed to grab his red jumper. Quickly putting it on, he furrowed his eyebrows in confusion for a moment before he reached for the parchment that was on his bed, reading the Slytherin's password one more time. Now that was going to be a little tough to memorize. So instead of doing that, he shoved the piece of paper in his jeans' pocket and walked out of his room. In a few minutes, Jackson was already walking down the staircase that would led to the dungeons. As he arrived at the entrance, he took the parchment from his pocket and read the password out loud, waiting just a couple of minutes before the secret entry opened and he walked inside. There were just a few Slytherins in the common room but they obviously noticed him as soon as he laid eyes on them. It wasn't exactly a surprise to him. After all, he was a Gryffindor in a Slytherin's common room. Not even caring about it, Jacks nodded his head a greeting and continued to walk to the girls dorms. It took only a minute for him to find Kate's room but instead of opening the door, he knocked at the door. Just in case.

You totally would still be late. You’d take every last minute you could get sleeping and being lazy and eating before showing up to class.
I would think of something! Feed you candies probably wouldn't work but I guess I can make you laugh pretty easy...I hope. It's not like you don't need to be sappy to show your feelings. :P The women of my life aren't like that. I'm just used of being the sappy one.
Ugh that sounds soooo like me. And I would get to class and realized that I didn't even bring my backpack with me. That happens so many times.

Oh, the sassy girl is still here. She just… was hiding for a few moments. Recharging her batteries. Giving way to… sappy Evelyn just for a few minutes. I’m a girl, I’m allowed my moments.
Yeah, that’s probably a good idea. Just make sure you sit in the back or something so other kids don’t see it and suddenly Hill’s classroom is like a mini Great Hall.
And you keep being a surprise box. My Evelyno can be sassy and sappy at the same time. Right......recharging her batteries. I'm not going to complain as long as she comes back.
I always sit on the back anyway. I get distracted too much to be at the front but you know...a mini Great Hall is not a bad idea at all.
