Here is a scratch track of my cover of “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” popularized by Cyndi Lauper (written by Robert Hazard). You might notice some traffic noise because my place is so close to the street. Just ignore it. Thanks.

I have never posted a cover before, so this is a first. A song that I have loved for a long time by a truly talented, authentic singer/songwriter, Rosi Golan. Please check her out if you like this. This track is originally a duet between Rosi and William Fitzsimmons, another fave of mine.
Another song about leaving, intended to be a duet. I have a specific loved one in mind saying the word of the second verse, chorus, bridge and final choruses (though she doesn't sing, so someone else will have to do it with me). Please don't mind my chord mistakes, I'm still getting used to using a capo. Ok, these are just drafts. You all know that right? OK. My anxiety about moving is spilling over... Hope you enjoy it. And if you don't I'm not going to care because I wrote it for me anyway.
A lullaby that I wrote a few months ago. Just in case you have trouble sleeping. The idea is to mimic sounds you hear in nature. Crickets, the wind, a cow or two and a coyote.
Meant to be a duet. Recorded on my phone on a day when my voice is killing me do to allergies. And I don't care! This is inspired by a whole bunch of people that I love dearly and will miss greatly when I move to the West Coast in just a couple weeks. Love y'all!
For Miss Angel.
This is a song that I've written and recorded (sorry about the quality it was via my cell phone) in the past hour or so. It's inspired by quite a number of stories I have heard from people (and maybe even a couple of my own) that most of us can relate to. Hope you enjoy it.
It's after 3:00 am. I don't have any instruments with me. But I had to get this song out. Meant to be a duet between a man and a woman.
*Please ignore the apparent vocal strain. I've been sick, under hydrated and am rather tired. Thanks.
The final song that I've written for my album. Now I just have to focus on making some decent recordings.
A song that I wrote for my favorite (and only) little sister.
So I promised my friend to record a song that I wrote a couple weeks ago that I hadn't gotten around to yet. Instead I ended up writing a whole new song. Maybe I'll actually record the other one tomorrow night. Hahahaha.
Been going through something pretty serious lately that isn't going the way that it should. Luckily, I can find resolution with myself regardless of exterior circumstances. I wasn't even going to write because I felt like I didn't have a song in me that would be able to change the way I was feeling. In the end, the music always knows best.
Just another simple tune. Hope you enjoy it.
Please let me know how you feel about this one. I'm not sure how it comes off to listeners because it is such a vulnerable subject for me. Thanks for listening.
I recorded this just so that I wouldn't forget the melody, but thought to share what I'm working on. I need to rearrange and rerecord the vocals and add a lower voicing in certain parts (maybe). We'll see. Let me know.
Couldn't help but make this acapella version from the classic Halloween hit Hocus Pocus. Enjoy!
