things i do to refresh! after a bad day
- clean up area and throw away anything left over, you don’t need it anymore! throw it away
- floss teeth and brush them, and do it for a while. it makes me feel a little better!
- change into a different outfit, the more comfy the better!
- clean out water bottle (if you have one) drink some fresh water, not to much, save it for later.
- lay down and get some rest. don’t worry about what just happened! it will be okay and you can always start again! (just like i’m doing right now!) #locked in lol
walking up the next day
*i like to start my day off with black coffee, then afternoon more coffee or water, then before bed green tea*
i try and distract myself with ANYTHING!
