Commission experiences on Tumblr?

So... I'm trying to make Tumblr the new home for all my works and (hopefully) soon my commissions. Not super familiar with the platform yet since I rarely used Tumblr back then.

My question is, how are y'alls experience with commissions on here? Are there more bots/scammers than real people? Does the algorithm suck here just like in Twitter and Instagram?

Any bit of input would be greatly appreciated ty!!
