Love love love, the answer is more love
Definitely the most unchristmassy I have ever felt. Woke up in an empty house with the stress of packing all my possessions up. One of my mum's oldest friends died yesterday morning. Yesterday was filled with tears and alcohol. It was uncomfortable, my brother is awful, unhelpful and lazy, my sister is impatient and doesn't understand people's emotions or grief. I tried so hard to lighten the mood and tell everyone I love them but there is no point. I really hate Christmas. Always have, always will.

Milan Cathedral.
Until then though I have 3 more weeks in this beautiful house with its wooden floors and high ceilings surrounded by fancy gift shops and 10 minutes from the sea, and I'm moving back home to be surrounded by warm friends and family. Moving forward and changing always excites me.
