I was given a tini kumquat tree on the Lunar new year. After the new year, it became very weak with all the leaves fallen down.

So I decided to put it in the garden. For a few months, I was very busy and I don’t have time to notice about the tree. Surprisingly, today I found out, there are a lot of flowers blooming.

Now the tree is fully recovered by its intense vitality.

So no matter what condition the life bring you, you just need to stay positive and your life will be better than ever before ...

I wanna live a positive life

1. Wake up at 5 am everyday.

2. Practice Yoga or Meditation 20 minutes per day.

3. Spend 20 minutes to read book everyday.

4. Take 15 minutes to write and sharing my emotion at the beginning of the day.

5. Spend at least 30 minutes to play with the kids without using mobile
