inspired by death run parkour animations like stick.xz and racing2thetop, she lost her arm in one of those races (i think if they died they were revived, but survivable injuries were kept for continuity)
Hey, can y’all rb this if it’s okay to send you messages asking about your ocs, cause on god I wanna interact with y’all but I am terrified of being annoying lol
This tournament is about characters who have system coding/are headcanoned to be a system! This tournament is meant to be a way to platform people's interpretations of characters, NOT to actually fight over who is the "most" system coded
Rules:
mod is anti-endo/tulpa/willo/etc. while you may still participate if you are one of them, you MUST keep things on the topic of DID/OSDD/other CDDs, or you will be blocked. be respectful
don't hate on the included characters in your reblogs. this includes claiming a character isn't "plural enough" or that one character is "more plural" than the other. you will be blocked. please be respectful of the fact that every character included here means something to somebody
if you have propaganda you would like me to reblog, you must @ me! otherwise it will not be reblogged. yes, this includes reblogs of the polls themselves
Submitter explanations are under the cut:
Ben Tennyson (alters noted by submitters: OS Ben, UAF Ben)
BEN TENNYSON YOU ARE SOOOOO PLURAL. not only is constant heroism at age 10-11 very Effective at trauma, but seeing your best and favorite transformation die bc of you? ough. also he acts very different across all three series and OV has multiple episodes where he talks to himself as a kid. sometimes his aliens are their own guys (in both interpretation AND canon episodes), but ben himself is a system tbh. im of a firm belief that he is 2-3 people UAF and onward, and that episode where he splits himself into three distinct identities is um. definitely some manner of plural. i can watch the show UAF-onward and point out which ben is front at which point, it gets so obvious.
Fisherman (alters noted by submitters: The Collector)
(in canon this has like eldritch stuff involved but you can definitely interpret them in a plural manner. also soso sorry im really bad at explaining so you might want to look up stuff about the plot of Dredge) The Collector is a part of the Fisherman who was separated from him as a result of his amnesia. The Collector remembers all the knowledge they gained from the Book of the Deep and is using this to get the Fisherman to collect relics so he can bring back their dead wife. He tries to conceal the Fisherman's past from him until he is directly confronted, and in the game is revealed to be the Fisherman's reflection. Their dialogue textboxes are still kept as separate, but if you discover this and then carry out the bad ending of the game, previous narration that described the Collectors actions are now described as "yours" (i.e. the Fisherman who is the player character), which suggests they are separate entities in the same body, which you could interpret as alters. If you were to read the events of the game through a plural lens the Fisherman split into himself and The Collector at some point after the traumatic event of discovering the Book of the Deep and the loss of his wife to the sea. The Collector does not front (with the potential exception of the events of bad ending of the game) but seems to be holding their traumatic memories away from the Fisherman. uhhh this is the best i can do i hope this makes sense please see my vision
