(re)Meeting || Jaejoong & Yunho
Yunho saw that Jaejoong got crankier but thatās what he loved at Jaejoong actually. He liked the irritated face of the elder, he didnāt know why but it was his favourite look on him. With a bright smile on his lips because he met his eldest friend again he knew this year on SNU would be much funnier and bearable. Having Kim Jaejoong around was always fun to Yunho.
"We do right?" he answered as he started to walk to the cafe together with the latter. He rolled his eyes at the comment but he did what he was told and gave the elder prof his jacket," You look good in everything Jae." he nudged his old friend with a rather playfully child like look on his face," BUt I like the thought of a new coffee. I spilled my favourite on your Emilio pickachu shirt." he stated, mocking with the name of the expensive brand of shirt.
Jaejoong wrapped the otherās jacket around him, and while he checked if it matched with the rest of his outfit, his worries were washed away by his friendās comment. āI couldnāt agree more, Yunho-ah.ā He said, shamelessly stating that he really did look good on everything, including the already elegant jacket of the other. Taking Yunhoās arm and holding it tightly, Jaejoong forgot for a moment that he had a reputation and were slowly letting himself go back to the old days.
āEmilio Pucci, with an Italian accent, you retard.ā He said, playfully poking the otherās shoulder. āAish⦠How have you been?ā he asked, while entering the calm cafĆ© with his friend and making a brief pause to choose a table, preferably next to the window ā the only contact with the outside world he had during the whole day.
āBut before you start telling me your newsā¦ā he started, sitting on the chair and graciously fixing some strands of hair on the sides of his face. ā⦠go and get me a cappuccino please, without sugar, and about 30% of milk and⦠you know what, just tell itās a cappuccino for Professor Kim, they already know whatās my favorite.ā He said with a small smile. Yunho would never memorize the dozens of requirements for his drink anyway. āAnd take whatever you want, Iāll be waiting here. Go, go.ā He said, smiling and patting the otherās back to make him move forward.
Coffee break || Jaejoong & Woobin
It mustāve been rude for Alex to kind of requested a little tweak on his coffee but he couldnāt really felt bad. The other male did offer him the coffee so it was only natural. Besides, it wouldnāt be funny if the professorās stomach acted up when there was someone else around. It would be a landslide for his ego. āThank you.ā, Woobin said quietly when the other professor placed the mug next and sat down across from him.
The atmosphere wasnāt that awkward; at least not as awkward as he imagined. Ever since he stepped foot on Koreaās ground, he never really imagined himself hanging out with someone else on a casual manner other than his brother. Alex took a sip of the drink and savored the flavor. For a professor that made coffee from an instant coffee machine, the other was pretty darn good. āKim Woobin. World Literature, Foreign Language and World History.ā, the Brit nodded, trying to make sure that his Korean sounded normal and not broken at all. Right.
Under Jaejoongās gaze, he continued grading the last batch of essays until he finished and put aside the stack of papers. With a loud sigh, Woobin leaned back onto his chair and took a big swig of his coffee. āSo, what brings you to the lounge at this time?ā
Jaejoong couldnāt keep his stare away from the papers spread around the table for too long. Shifting uncomfortably in his chair he felt his hand itching, in an urge to gather all those papers and organize them neatly in front of the other. Shaking his head briefly and straightening his posture on the chair, he looked back at the man to pay attention at his words ā noticing that some of them sounded a bit off. It wasnāt wrong or strange, but it has a kind of accent that Jaejoong couldnāt recognize at first. With an unwitting frown, the light-haired professor chose to quietly nod in response and flash the other a faint smile.
Itād be disrespectful to interrupt Woobinās work without a good reason, so Jaejoong decided to remain quiet while the other wrote and risked those papers. Instead, he took a time to realize that their way of correcting essays was really similar, somehow ā and damn, he was handsome. Something in the middle of his gestures and the weird accent signalized that he wasnāt raised in Korea, or even born there.
Accepting that the conversation had ended, Jaejoong wrapped his hands around the warm mug and in a soft motion, took it to his lips. Before sipping any drop of the drink though, he was snapped out of his embarrassment by Woobinās voice. āOhā¦ā he started, putting the cup back on the table. āIāve spent the whole afternoon grading three piles of essays⦠So I decided to drink some coffee before getting back home.ā Leaning a bit over the table, he finally gave up and nonchalantly adjusted the pile of papers next to him, making all the papers perfectly arranged in a straight vertical column. āI was about to go insane after reading all that nonsense for hours, you know.ā
No One Has To Know|::| JaeJoong and Taeyang
Youngbae was a club hopper, which was no secret, he had to put himself through high school getting paid to work the dance floor, keep the party moving. His Job at Club Insomnia was a little different, he still got to dance but he was a spotlight dancer, keeping the party jumping right along with the local dj.
Youngbae lie stretched across a patch of grass under the warm sun. Seongnam University was a brand new experience, class radiated from each person that walked passed him.
Youngbae propped himself up onto his elbows to see the people better when his eyes caught a familiar face.
āJAE? No way!ā He called scrambling to his feet to get to the person he saw.
It was really rare to find Jaejoong walking on the outside areas of the university, especially in warm days. It was stressing enough for him to have any contact with the students inside the building, and going outside just to expose his figure uselessly, under the sun, was something unimaginable for him (and his delicate skin).
However, at that particular day, he had to cross one of the gardens in order to get back to his apartment ā thing heād usually do only late at night ā to change his clothes. Thereād be a meeting later with the director, and it was unthinkable for a man like him to go with the same clothes he used for classes.
With his sunglasses on, he crossed the patio with his usual cranky expression, until some kid walk towards him, calling him in a very informal way louder than he should. āWhat? Who are you?ā he asked in a rather annoyed tone. āWho are you to talk to me like that?ā
(re)Meeting || Jaejoong & Yunho
Yunho chuckled at the words that came from the elders lips. He noticed the other hasnāt changed at all and he was glad to see the old Jaejoong back. He didnāt realised how much he missed the beautiful Kim Jaejoong till he bumped in him right now,ā I have time you know. You can tell me. it has been too long Iāve seen you?ā a sligh pout formed around his lips at his words,ā And theyāre not that lazy Jae.ā he corrected the other with his old lame nickname for professor Kim.
Before he could say anything else, or even hug the elder male, Jaejoong bowed to him making the younger professor blink in confusion,ā Yah donāt bow at me. You know I hate that. ā he scolded the other before taking him in a hug with a loud laugh, but he was pushed away by the other and he saw the annoyed look on his face he first had. That was never a good sign. Biting his lip he looked down at the with coffee spilled shirt before eyeing Jaejoong again,ā What is an Emilio Pucci?ā he asked. Jaejoong always was wearing those fancy shirts that were hella expensive, and almost unpayable but Kim Jaejoong pulled it off. With a dorky grin he looked at the other,ā I missed you too Jae.ā he simply said
Jaejoong got crankier as Yunho did all the things that annoyed him the most. Hugs, loud laughs and asking what was an Emilio Pucci didnāt make his mood any better ā or his shirt any drier. After a pause and a long sigh while staring at the cheery face of his old friend, the professor decided to finally give up, and couldnāt help but let out a tired laugh at the otherās last comment. āAish, you really didnāt change⦠not a little bit.ā He muttered, more like thinking loudly.
It was an unusual situation, and JAejoong could embrace it or turn it into another stressful event of the day. Since he didnāt have any contact with friends or his past in the last two years, he decided to embrace it. Yunho was a part of his good memories; so it wouldnāt hurt to re-open the spot in his life for the younger male ā of course heād show it in his own grumpy way. āIām glad you missed me. We have a lot to talk about, but first letās walk to the cafĆ© and in the meantime you could borrow me your jacket⦠I canāt walk around looking like this!ā he said, making a gesture to hurry the other. āIāll pay you another coffee and you give me your beautiful jacket, itās a win-win situation.ā He smiled, flashing a small wink at his friend.
I know I dreamed you a sin and a lie I have my freedom but I dont have much time Faith has been broken, tears must be cried Lets do some living after we die
Mismatch || Jaejoong x Amber
Critiquing thoughts on life written by dead men? Not something that Amber was well versed on. She barely had control of this whole right and wrong thing, how was she supposed to put in words what she thought was wrong with people who spent their entire lives thinking about it? In class assignments where the absolute worse. At least if it was homework Kyung would be able to help. Most of the time Ā it just meant talking in circles about the subject until Amber couldnāt possibly misunderstand it, but with these, it required an hour of staring at a blank page until she quickly scrawled something that would only b torn apart by her professor.Ā
This particular professor seemed to have it out for her. She was only just barely passing, even with the help of her boyfriend. Every paper came back covered in red marks and guaranteed disapproving look from Professor Kim. Thus far sheād managed to avoid being held back or drawing to much attention to herself, that is, until she heard her full name called out in front of the class.
Sitting up straight, Amber recognized the essay cover sheād handed in at the beginning of the class. Lifted over the head of a very unhappy looking teacher. Fear pierced her heart as she ran through every possible situation to maybe get out of the World History classroom, but really, seated in the middle of the row, the only thing she could do was pretend she wasnāt there. He spoke again and she looked down trying to not make eye contact.
The third time he spoke, she feared he might start asking people to point her out, so cautiously she raised her hand, identifying herself. Leaving her bag and notebook behind Amber stood, stuffing her now shaking hands into the pockets of her hoodie, quickly approaching the unwavering gaze of her professor.Ā
The impatient professor was about to call the girl for the fourth and last time when he saw part of the students turning their gaze to the middle of the room. Jaejoong observed the petite girl stand up and walk towards him ā and for a few moments, he asked himself if the name he had just called was actually a feminine one. In any ways, Jaejoong didnāt know (or care) much about the younger generation, and since there were so many boys being easily mistaken as girls, he had the right to find her⦠unusual, right?
He leaned back on his chair again, a spent a brief time staring at her before letting out a small sigh. Letting the papers fall on his desk uncaringly, he pointed at them with his eyes, looking up back at her. āMiss, are you skipping all of my classes or is this a joke?ā he started, careful to keep the conversation quiet, so no one of the other nosy students could hear. āYour resume was by far the worst of the entire class. I couldnāt even start to correct it because itās simply⦠poor.ā Raising one of his hands to move some strands of hair from his eyes in a delicate way, he continued. āI hope you donāt sleep in classes or skip them from now on, or you wonāt be able to pass.Ā In fact, I already think youāre going to fail this, but still⦠Iāll give you another chance.ā
His tone got calmer as he criticized her work. It wasnāt clear why he was doing that, since he didnāt like to give people these kinds of benefits. Still, he couldnāt help but think with a bit of hard work, that poorly written paper had some potential to get better. āIāll be in my office tomorrow at 8 a.m, waiting for the same essay, written with better words and properly organized. If you lost everything I said on the last class and today, go to the library and get some texts from Immanuel Kant. He might help you. Google and other tools taken from the internet wonāt.ā he said, with a slight emphasis on the last word.
Taking the paper back from the desk and letting it fall on the garbage can next to him, which was already filled with another two or three bad essays, he continued. āIn the meantime, Iāll keep this one right here. Donāt make me do it again.ā
(re)Meeting || Jaejoong & Yunho
Walking through the halls of the campus, with his forever company, a hot cup of coffee, Yunho headed to his next class. In his other hand he was holding a book ( One hundred years of solitude), reading it while walking past the students heading to the cafetaria or classroom. In one of the halls his eyes abscentmindly reached a painting he had always admired hanging there. It was uneven with the other paintings down the hallway but thats what he liked about the painting. It was one of those that were outstanding and catched the eye immidiatly. Without looking where he was walking he bumped into another person. Feeling the coffee spilling over his hand, the burning feeling of it sinking into his flesh, he could already imagine how the other would react feeling the hot coffee over his shirt and body.
When he was about to apologize he reconized the voice that was ready to scold him. With a surprised face he looked at the person who he bumped into and saw the handsome, angelic but somewhat feminime face of his high school best friend. Kim Jaejoong.,ā Jaejoong?ā he blinked in response and he almost forget he had spilled coffee over the elder,ā How?ā, he chuckled,ā Iām a teacher here. What are you doing here? Itās so good to see you.ā he said with a big smile, it had been a while he smiled like that and then his eyes fell on the spilled hisrt again,ā Sorry about that.ā he pointed with an apologetic face.
Jaejoong spent a few moments staring at the other manās face in shock while listening to his voice. Yunho was the same kid he met several years ago, only in fancier clothes ā and apparently, Jaejoongās actions in front of him didnāt change as well. āA-ah, itās a long story⦠Iām one of the worldās history professors here. God I thought I would be forever isolated in this place, without knowing anyone other than these lazy students!ā Jaejoong said, flashing one of his faint smiles to the other.
For a moment he felt like hugging the younger male, or simply ruffling his hair playfully like he used to do, but at the same time it sounded awkward. Instead, he took a step back and bended his torso in a small bow. āIām glad to see you too, Yunho-ah.ā He said timidly. Feeling the damp piece of fabric sticking on his chest after Yunho pointed it out; he snapped out of his gentle lapse and realized that the front of his shirt was still soaked. āOh, are you sorry about that?ā The cranky expression returned to his face. āJung Yunho, you better be more than sorry because this is an Emilio Pucci linen shirt, my favorite one! You disappeared for more than 10 years and now you come back to ruin my favorite shirt? Aish--"
I'm down a one-way street With a one-night stand, with a one track mind Out in no-man's land (The punishment sometimes don't seem to fit the crime)
