She didn’t know where her sudden courage to address him had come from but now it was gone again. Looking up to him she realised that she at least wasn’t scared of him anymore – still he was sort of intimidating. Taken aback by his cold appearance the girl suddenly didn’t know what to say anymore.

“U- umn… pardon?” she asked, not really being sure what he meant with “Can I help you now?” She still held the present towards him in both her hands, feeling awkward since it seemed that he hadn’t noticed it. “Umn… well this is for you… it was meant to be a Christmas present but I didn’t have the chance to give it to you and well, now it’s already New Year’s Eve.” As fast as the girl blurted this out, she stopped talking again. Looking into his eyes the brunette blinked a few times, then continued to talk. “Please accept it and… and thank you! I- I mean because of that other day.” Shin Yeong added – bowing.

The student felt quite awkward and hoped that he wouldn’t see this situation as oh-so awkward like she did. Oh lord, what exactly am I doing here? “Oh… and I’m sorry for my inappropriate behaviour back then…” she was a bit more polite than she needed to be which wasn’t just her being nervous, but also because she had never really been completely able to adjust herself to how all that was working here in Korea. The girl didn’t make many mistakes, but every now and then it still happened.

Oh boy, what exactly am I doing here? I’m sure he won’t kill me, so why does he still intimidate me? The girl continued to look at him, an a little insecure expression on her face. She was worrying what would happen now if he wouldn’t accept her present. Well she could use it for her own cat, but she doubted that he would like that. Moreover she was rather worried about how idiotic she then would stand there.

The girl in front of him was definitely the girl he saved... or well, tried to safe the other day. She gave Alex a pain on the ass of a time back then and he actually grew a bit agitated with it but seeing how she braved up to him now was actually amusing. His eyes widened when he saw the box in her hands, sticking out to his direction. Was she really giving him a present? Or it could be a prank in the fact of the girl being his student. 

"What's this?", the professor took the box from her and observed the outer appearance closely. It looked normal, nothing weird or suspicious. Besides, the student looked relatively normal, not the troublemaker kind who Woobin loathed with all his being. Carefully, he opened the box and saw the baby blue collar. At first, the male was pretty surprised because... a collar and with his perverted mind, he thought of something dirty but looking at the size, it must've been for his cat. How could she guessed, though? "Is this for a cat?", Woobin tilted the box a little to show her the collar, cocking his brow in question.

It was very obvious she was nervous and awkward around him. Alexander didn't know what to do to get the situation better either. He wasn't that type of man and the girl wasn't really helping him too. It was a both side made situation. "Well, if you're not going to talk, I'm going to get myself something warm...", his words trailed off, glancing at her and trying to get any reaction from the girl.

Yunho didn’t bothered to turn around at the other professor’s answeres. He wasn’t going to listen to him, and he understand that. But Yunho never was someone who kept quiet and always have butt into other’s problems to help others in need. It was a curse.

Turning around to face the cold man when he told the psychology professor he could hate the other he narrowed his eyes,” I never said I hated you. You just resemble the person I hate.” he sighed, his shoulders loosen a bit,” Look. I’m sorry I did meddle with your family problems. I just promised Daniel to talk to you, to convince you to let Darien stay here.” he tried to explain why he came to the professor.

"I don’t need to know why you’re here or when you’re wanting to take him with you. That is none of my business.” he cleared his throat, eyeing th eother out of the corner of his eyes. He was still curious but making the other more angry than he was, wasn’t something that was standing on his to-do list today

The longer the conversation run, Alexander was getting more and more embarrassed. In front of the other professor, he seemed like a stubborn spoiled child, wanting to have everything he had granted. Life wasn't and couldn't be like that, he knew it, but the Brit couldn't help to feel embarrassed on being counter attacked by Yunho's words. 

He knew he was at the blame and the other male had been digging Alexander's grave from the get go. "I think... I think we've sorted out where we stood and what we should do.", his eyes lowered to Yunho's feet, feeling a bit shame but his pride was still standing tall to actually apologize for the rudeness and even brought his family into the topic. Alexander wasn't sorry on what he said about telling Danny to stay away from his family's business or calling out Yunho because of the meddling part but he was a little sorry on actually vocalized it all out.

"And I think we should just stick to where our lines had been drawn.", the professor lifted his eyes and looked back to the other professor's face, trying to show him what he was feeling through his eyes. After all, most of the people he had met said that the eyes couldn't lie. "I don't want us to have any tension in between or me resembling the one you hate although I couldn't help one's opinion. I just don't want people's judgement just from a story by words passing by."

It was past Christmas. Actually it was already New Year’s Eve. Shin Yeong had given away every present that she had bought except for one. The one for the professor that had helped her the other day.

While they had been walking towards the building where she lived, she had introduced herself eventually. The girl still felt a little nervous while thinking back to that day. But she had thought of him as a thug even though he had helped her, so the brunette had decided to buy him a Christmas present.

It wasn’t something big and she didn’t even knew if he’d like it… well after all her little thank-you-Christmas-present wasn’t really something he could wear himself. It was a cute collar for a cat. She didn’t know if he had a cat but she had a feeling. Moreover the girl had no clue what else she could’ve bought for him – after searching for 2 hours without finding anything she was near to give up, but then she found this collar. Still; it was probably too cute for his taste. Well, at least it’s not pink…

Even though so many days had passed until this day, she still hadn’t seen him even once. Shin Yeong really wanted to give it to him and show her gratitude, but besides his name and that he was teaching at the university she went to, she couldn’t find out much about him. But the one other thing other students had told her was that he wasn’t really a funny person. Being a cold and sarcastic person he was called the “ice face professor”.

But after helping me… he can’t be that bad of a person, right? This hope lingered in the girls mind as she was walking around the campus on New Year’s Eve. It was already quite late and she was walking out of her apartment building, having planned to go to a party to celebrate a little. She wasn’t someone to drink much alcohol or get wasted in any way but a little bit partying was still in her mind.

Shin Yeong was wearing a pretty dress with a fitting jacket and accessories. She was good with clothes even though she didn’t dress up that often. As she was already out of the building she saw a familiar figure. Kim Woo Bin! I’ve finally met him!

“Professor!” she called out to him, walking towards him a little faster than she usually would. At just the moment she stood in front of him she realised that she wasn’t even sure if she had the present with her. Getting a little pale she searched through her pocket. Ah, there it is! Phew!

She took the present out of her pocket and held it towards him with a big smile on her face. The box in which the cute baby-blue collar was, was wrapped in a skull patterned gift wrap. She had chosen it, because she had been a little afraid of him and because of what he had heard of her professor. Still she hoped he wouldn’t get that idea. She’d decline that – but she was a bad liar.

After a holiday mishap was over, the Brit was content on spending the last day of the year at home. He had been dragged out of town as his father's representative at his business in Korea during Christmas, resulting in Darien being disappointed at him when Alex had promised to spent the Holidays with his baby brother. After the trip back home, the professor was ready for a real deal of hibernation - but the universe had some other plans.

Lord Whiskers had developed a peeing problem during his absence and the cat-sitter Woobin asked for help advised him to take care of the feline to the vet. Turned out it was just a "culture shock" for the cat and that shock costed the male his bed and couch. He had no choice other than putting his beloved furry friend to the vet's care for a couple of days and bid them goodbye as he walked out from the vet's office. 

It was cold out but the sidewalks were getting crowded as the night went later, as people wanted to be outside when the clock struck 12. A very opposite on what Alexander wanted. He wanted to be at home, in his warm bed or just watch the fireworks from his balcony because in truth, he just missed home. The British clicked his tongue when he remember that he needed to change his sheets because of Lord Whisker's pee and shoved his hands into his pockets, keep walking until he neared off to the apartment building.

When he was about to enter through the double doors, someone called out 'professor'. Instantly and out of reflex, Woobin looked over to where the voice came from and saw that girl he helped the other day. The one that looked at him as if he was a bad guy. His eyes followed her until she was standing right in front of him. His onyx orbs looked down on her because of their vast height difference. "Can I help you now?"

Jaewook mimicked his older brother then stuck his tongue out. Cum laude his ass. “Oh please.. whatever.” His brother was the one that had dropped out of college at one point. Yeah, that’s Alexander never listening to their parents yet Jaewook got the cold shoulder. Life was just so fair obviously. It wasn’t even really their father, it was more their mother (Not Jaewook’s real mother but still) who made sure to remind Jaewook that he was very much so the outcast. Not like Jaewook hadn’t gotten used to it, it was more of just his ‘mother’ didn’t want him around. But Jaewook tried his best to win her over, much to each failure after another. A for effort. 

Darien narrowed his eyes at his brother before snickering then nudging his brother’s arm. “Good, don’t tell on me. I honestly.. I yeah I’m good here.” Darien smiled saying a small prayer because he needed to thank God that Alexander wasn’t being a complete douche about everything. “Oh what’s the promise Woobin?" Darien said with a playful smile Alexander’s Korean name sounded funny. Woo, bin, Woobin. Woooooobin. "Honestly, I lucked out on the Korean name. Jaewook sounds cool. WoooWooo~" Jaewook teased. 

"I’m majoring in art obviously~" Darien said as a matter of fact, "I am studying and enjoying everything. Partying is more your scene big brother." Darien trying not to elaborate on that, "Bodyguard..? Oh my husband, oh you mean Daniel?" Darien laughed covering his mouth almost forgetting he was in the middle of the hallway with his brother, "He’s quite the man, he didn’t scare you too tough did he?" Darien asked still trying to control his amusement. Daniel Lee, gotta love that guy.

Alexander raised a brow when he heard his baby brother tried out his Korean name out loud. He never really said it out loud himself unless another professor or his student called him by it. "You're lucky there's a code about teacher violence here.", the professor glared at Darien, snickering right after. Their parents insisted them to have a Korean names as a part of connecting with their roots. Turned out, there was one aspect in life that Darien got it better. "I guess we have to get used to the names too."

"I also guess father was right. We're both eccentric in our ways... even though maybe people doesn't see me as the drama lad.", the British man observed the younger one with sharp eyes. A little offended about him mentioning Woobin's old ways but he knew it was Darien's style to just say whatever he had in mind so he didn't really budge it. "My scene? You had your fair share of partying too over here, I believe, baby brother, or... you're one of those artsy men who only drinks black coffee and not going... what you call it, mainstream?"

A loud laugh bursted out from the professor's mouth, shaking his head slightly as the laughter died down, reminding himself that he was at campus ground. He could laugh about it again later on. "Scare me? He had his image, sure, but scare me? No.", Alex smirked teasingly to Darien. "You can have your guards, Darien, but you know that I'll always get through them to have my ways."

“If you don’t want him to run away, then put a leash on him. He’s an animal and they tend to have the instinct to travel.”

“But he’s an animal, so he needs to run around as well… and I had a leash on him…” she replied, sounding a little sulky. “Also he promised me not to run away…” she muttered. He had just looked at her with such pretty eyes – how could she have resisted that? “Are you checking me out?” Her jawline dropped. “Wha- what?! N- no! O- of course not!” She was taken quite aback as he assumed that she was checking him out.

“Well, you can go if you want but from what you’ve been through today, maybe I can walk with you. What direction are you going to?” She was quite surprised by this. He didn’t look like a guy that would just escort her home. Maybe I should stop judging him by his looks… I normally don’t do that either, so why now?

Being lost in her thoughts she sort of forgot to answer him and he repeated his question. “Come on, What direction?” She blinked a few times and looked up to him again. He really was taller than her, and not just a little. “O- oh umn, well if you instist…” she turned around, wanting to point into the direction she had to go. Actually… where am I and where do I have to go to get back? “Well, I need to go to the Gangjeon Complex.” She then simply said, wondering if he’d know where that was.

He rolled his eyes and looked down to the cat. There obviously mischief written all over the feline's face whether people liked to notice that about cats or not. Alex in personal, had a cat so he knew all these things. "Right. He promised not to run away when you obviously just said he's an animal. Animals do not understand promises unless you trained them.", the professor cocked a brow and started walking towards the apartment complex.

"I know that complex. My building is near there too. What a luck, huh?", Woobin let out an amused and winning snicker as he kept walking with his hands tucked into the pockets of his jacket. The male kept his eyes glancing to his side, expecting to see the girl walking next to him every time. "You know you need to learn self defense. If I wasn't there, you'd get robbed or mugged or even worse, raped. Don't you know how dangerous it is for a girl to walk around alone these days?"

The walk was quiet other than their small chats. Alexander kept glancing at the petite girl, questioning why was she so quiet or stuttering her words even though his eyes were only burning holes on the top of her head. The cat, however, just stirred slightly in her cradle. "And why can't you just let your cat run around your apartment?"

"You should not make fun of that." Yunho told the other when he commented about killing his brother with his own hands," I don’t care what you think of me or whatever is playing in your head." he raised himself. Yunho wasn’t a confident and brave man, but the thought of his closest people getting hurt or in any case of that he couldn’t help but feel himself stronger than he was," Like I said. I’m telling you for the sake of your brother as for Danny."

Cocking his brow, he scrunched his face when he talked about Danny,” That boy comes to me because he has problems. I’m his hyung, his only hyung. If he wants to vent what is eating him up he can always come to me. You can’t stop that. I wouldn’t even mind if Darien came to me to tell how he felt if you would suddenly take him with you.” he scoffed, pants lightly left his lips.

Eyeing the professor sitting in his chair he felt anger filling his body. He saw his father in the man infront of him, making descisions without asking for the opinion of the other party, dragging him to everywhere he wanted him to be.

"You are just like the man I wanted to avoid so much. The man I hate. Don’t let Darien hate you because of it Mr. Kim." he said with clenched teeth, heaving a sigh before bowing and turning his back to the other, knowing if he stayed longer the argument would get worse.

If tension was a physical item, it would've filled the room and make Alex a little bit more choked up but since it wasn't, it only made him feel a bit anxious on his spot. This wasn't an argument that he usually got in which he would've taken care of easily. This had Darien all over and now, Daniel who he didn't really want to thought of much. 

"It's really interesting to hear what you have to say about the matter.", the professor pressed his tongue on the inside of his cheek, looking down for a bit before raising his gaze to the other again. "I don't know how people are raised here but where I come from, you do not meddle around people's business even in close families.", Alexander stood up again, couldn't really take the tension while sitting down.

When the other male said how he resembled the man he hated, Woobin cocked his brow, staring at the man's back. "Hold on, professor.", he said quietly as he encircled his desk, standing in front of it where Yunho was standing before. "You can hate me for all I care but do you even know the reason why I'm here in the first place, let alone wanting to take Darien back? You can say bad things about me but don't you dare say that he can run off to you to vent. It makes me feel all my efforts here are useless."

Sanghoon was a masochist, he was sure of it by now. He had never been fond of the treatment that he would constantly receive for being who he was - a mute, unable to talk with him anyone if he didn’t have his cellphone to type on or paper to write on - no matter how much he thought he deserved it, and yet he found himself constantly receiving it when he could easily avoid it.

World literature was the perfect example. He had opted to take the class because he loved to read. He wanted to improve his understanding of other languages and their cultures that were used as a backbone for the literature that came out of them. It had nothing to do with where he wanted to go in life; a hobby class of sorts.

While the other students scrambled to their seats at the professor’s arrival, Sanghoon found himself doing the opposite. He froze up, his body tense, eyes unable to look away from the man even when the older male focused his attention on him and he knew what was coming. It had happened in every class so far, after all, and yet he kept coming back.

He swallowed and broke his gaze away to look down at his book on the desk in front of him, quietly hoping that today would be the day he didn’t end up wanting to crawl into a hole and never emerge.

Much to his surprise, the student was actually staring back at him until he lowered his gaze to the book. Alex was surprised for the courage but it didn't satisfy him. Annoyance and curiosity mixed inside of his head, thinking why did Sanghoon never let out a word from his mouth. Was his tongue got cut off like how they did back in the medieval era? Or he was just simply trying to rebel out from the professor?

He leaned back slightly onto the edge of his desk as he stood in front of it, Hamlet already opened in his hand. "We've been through the last chapter on the previous class so I'll have you all read it out. One scene per person.", Woobin spoke out loud, his eyes were still on the page of the book. He wanted to ask Sanghoon to read straight away but where was the fun in that? The Brit asked some students to read the scenes of the chapter first, plotting in his mind that he would save the best for last. The best as in expecting that particular student to at least squeak out a word today.

When the others were done, his piercing eyes quickly focused on the boy as if Alexander was trying to bore holes on the student's forehead. "Lee Sanghoon. The last scene. Read it.", three words and the tension already grew. The professor looked down to the page of the book, ears twitching in anticipation but no words had been spoken.

It wasn't planned. It wasn't like his parents asked God to give them a brute, cold child. It wasn't Alexander's wish to be this mean but of course, the universe had its own plans. To always strive for perfection even from others. To the professor, if a student couldn't make him understand what were they pointing out, they were failures. No buts, no talking backs, no nothing. They could sue him or ask for a fair judgement but it was his fair judgement. 'Why would their parents spend money to make their kids dumber', a sentence that liked to sway around his mind.

The male never thought he would found this one particular student in his life. Sure, he wasn't intended to be a teacher, let alone a professor but if he had a classmate back in school like this one kid, he would've been the main victim of Alex. Striding into the class, Woobin scanned the room and of course, he would be there. He had memorized the name of the particular student. Lee Sanghoon. 

At the sight of him, the students scrambled into their seats and Alex secretly smirked in amusement, reminding him how they were supposed to be university students but in his class, they were all like high school kids. He settled his belongings on the desk and narrowed his eyes on Sanghoon, figuring out if today would be the day he let out a word from his mouth.

Yunho felt a sudden feeling of shame running over his body as the other answered his rant with him being rude. He didn’t let him notice and cleared his throat looking straight into the man’s eyes trying to calm down from his nervousity,” No need to bring my family into this.” he answered back,” But Danny is kind of family of me, and seeing him so miserable because you had to burst in the school as a new professor to take your brother away from him like this. I can’t tolerate that.” he said, crossing his arms.

"I’m Jung Yunho, if you want to know my name that badly." if the prof infront of him can be cold, he can be ice in return," Hello." he gave a small bow with his head, nearly moving it before returning his eyes back to the other’s face.

"So..think about it more okay. You’re not only affecting Danny with this sudden action, but also the entire school and most of all your own brother. Think about his luck. Aight?" he cocked his brow.

Alexander was actually a patient man on the inside but the male in front of him was pushing his patience slowly. He sighed quietly without taking his eyes from the other and stood up, tucking his hands into the pocket of his pants. "No need to bring your family into this? May I remind you why you're here in the first place?", the professor snickered mockingly. "You're here, bursting into my classroom, talking about my family. How do you think that makes me feel? When I'm sure you or Daniel didn't even know what issue we are having."

He crossed his arms, scanning the other professor's appearance. For sure he had seen him around Seongnam. Never knew they had to meet like this. There were so many thoughts in Alex's head. First of all, how could Daniel ranted out his family's issue to this someone even if he admitted they were kind of like a family. "I believe you already knew my name so no need for an introduction from me.", Woobin scoffed quietly, almost inaudibly.

"Darien is my brother and he is my family. I'm sure what I'd do to him is none of your concern nor Daniel's but thank you for concerning about his well being. Do you think I'm here to kill him with my own hands?", a slight dry chuckle escaped Alexander's lips. The professor sat back down, crossing his leg over the other. "You should tell Daniel, though, to not rant out about his best friend's family problems to someone else. I'm pretty sure Darien didn't want that either."

To say Alex was a player, he was. To say he only found pleasure in one night stands and harmless flings, he was. To say most of them harmless, not quite. He had been in a lot of troubles before. Playing around with girls in relationships even older girls but the worst peak was when the young Brit was still indulged in drugs and alcohol. Nothing was wrong with getting high and alive but if you were the first son of an important family, then yes, it was wrong.

It had been a month ever since the professor stepped foot on the ground of South Korea, starting anew but he knew he was still a man with needs. He had been to a club here but Woobin never found the girls that willingly threw themselves at him was attractive enough - even for one night. He usually brushed them off and finished off his drink before leaving the club, more frustration weighing his shoulders down. 

The sound of the door opening snapped the male out of his thoughts and turned around, watching the students that were in drama club sauntered off into the room. Alexander had taken up the spot for the club advisor just because he was interested in drama even though the idea of spending afternoons with a bunch of students wasn't the greatest idea. If the professor could just criticize their acting or their knowledge of plays, it would be satisfying enough.

He quickly grabbed the stack of scripts for the next play they planned. Alex only there to foresee and corrected any acting flaws. If he was asked for an opinion, his fellow mates back in London was no match for them. "Start with Scene 1, act--", his words were cut off with the door abruptly slammed opened. "You're late.", the male's words were stern as his eyes fell upon the girl, panting on the doorway.

“Why are you in such a hurry? Are you secretly a Miss? Mafia’s daughter? That’s why you were getting caught up with a thug?” She was a little surprised by this. Shin Yeong first thought about joking to be a mafia boss’ daughter but scrapped that right away. “Oh… umn… no. I- I just searched for my cat. He ran away. Don’t ever do that again!” She replied and at the end just changed to talk to her cat.

She looked at the man standing in front of her. He looked quite charismatic, though a little… dangerous. No – cut that “little” out. He looks quite rebellious. Hmm… but where do I know him from? Just by his looks he could be old enough to be a teacher. No. No, not a teacher. Who’d let him be a teacher? He rather looks like he was a trouble maker in school. A rebel. The kind that doesn’t learn, he couldn’t get good grades with that… well, except for him being naturally smart.

“Are you going somewhere now?” He asked Hmm… I’d go home now… but this could get interesting, couldn’t it? Wow, am I out of my mind now? I don’t even know that guy! “Umn… we- well it seems like you don’t want me to leave…” She said a little teasing, but just a little, considering how she didn’t know a thing about him or how he could react. There are serial killers walking around here after all…

It was adorable how the girl asked the cat to not run away again but it made the professor wanted to laugh. He never let Lord Whiskers out of his apartment, maybe just to his balcony but that was only one time. "If you don't want him to run away, then put a leash on him. Did he want her to leave? or didn't he? The male did follow her around but the third time, meaning the last time and now here they were, it was accidental. It wasn't his fault that they tend to crossed paths now and then. "Well, you can go if you want but from what you've been through today, maybe I can walk with you. What direction are you going to?"

If someone he knew passed him by right there and then, they would think Alexander hit his head on something hard. Alexander Woobin Kim, acting quite of a gentleman to a stranger even though it was a girl. Whatever the sex of a person, he never really wanted to be nice but this girl had quite misfortunes for today already. If Alex didn't help her out, maybe he would get the karma a thousand fold. "Come on, What direction?"

Mid-term week was finally over and the students weren’t the only ones desperated for the weekend. Bouncing between playing double duty with two Art History classes and having to prepare both of them to the tests with completely different subjects had worn her out to the point that not even coffee would help to keep the professor up for a few hours more. The only thing Jihyun had in mind was bed, her bed, and sleep - More like hibernate - and don’t move herself from there not even if the skies were falling down.

Her plan was indeed going working out pretty well as she saw herself burried in between blankets and comforts just waiting to be dragged to the dream land without even a second thought, that was what Qri called heaven on Earth and nothing could make her change her mind…Except for the noises that echoed from outside through her room, it seemed to be in her balcony and it had carried on for more than twenty minutes already! Sighing heavely at the realization she couldn’t just ignore whatever party was happening outside and just continue to doze off, Jihyun kicked away all the warmth around her to step on the cold floor and make her way towards the balcony’s door, sliding it open almost impatiently.

However the sight in front of her made the professor take two steps backwards and her chocolate colored orbs grow bigger than they already were. Kim Woobin, the new professor and her new neighbor was standing on his balcony (That for some odd architectonic reason was basically glued to her own) with a big cat in his arms, wearing pajamas and surprisingly babytalking the feline. Rising an eyebrow, Jihyun didn’t managed to hold in a soft laugh as she looked to the younger male’s situation: That was surely something that didn’t happened everyday. “Are you seriously babytalking?” Jihyun giggled, stepping outside towards her own balcony. “Woobin-ah, what’s his name? He is adorable!” Of course, the charming aristocratic cat had already stole away all of her attention.

The stress from midterm and the endless essays, tests or papers he needed to grade were endless - until now. The university had given everyone, including the faculty staffs to take a weekend off. Post midterm vacation, they said, even though it was only a weekend and Woobin never thought it was a vacation. On a Saturday morning, he woke up a bit late and the feeling to be indoors on the weekend was making him felt like he was back home in London. Where he didn't need to work for money, he could only work because he liked it. 

Alexander got out from his bed and swooped off a sweatshirt from the floor before putting it on. From the view that peeked through his curtains, the day was bright and sunny, the kind of day you wanted to be outside. As he pulled the curtain apart to let some sun into his apartment, the feline scrambled to his feet and rubbed its furry self around the professor's ankle. "Hey, Whiskers.", the male smiled widely and talked in English to the cat before picking it up from the carpeted floor. "Do you need some fresh air?"

The male slid the door opened and stepped out onto the balcony, quickly greeted by fresh air. It was autumn but the sun could made people believed that they were back in summer. Alex cradled the cat in his arms and rocked it side to side softly, like he was cradling a baby. "Did you miss me this week? I'm sorry, Whiskers.", the professor said in a babyish tone quietly so no one could hear. Or that was what he thought.

When his ears caught a female voice, his heart stopped and his gut fell out of embarrassment. He froze on his spot and turned around to see Jihyun, the professor that lived next door. How stupid he was! He even forgot there was someone from Seongnam as his neighbor. "I-", before he could say anything, the female was already grabbing Lord Whiskers' paw and played with it. "This is a private property. What are you doing here?"

Cold Look, Warm Hand || Woobin&Yunho

The heels of Yunho’s shoes left noises on the wooden floor as he was walking towards the classroom of his co-worker KIm Woobin. Danny had been complaining, and Danny only complained when he was really sad about something so Yunho had asked what was going on.

Yunho accepted Danny’s offer to talk to the new professor and tried to make this quest happen. He didn’t liked to see his family sad ( Danny isn’t real family of Yunho but he as close as his family ), and that is how he was heading to the classroom of Kim Woobin.

He had only see him quickly in the teachers room, but Yunho had to leave so fast he had no change to talk to him..Yet. The professor was intruged by the other and his presence and he had already set up his mind to befriend him.

Knocking on the door and walking in the classroom without waiting for an answer he stepped a foot in the room, seeing the professor sitting down at his desk. He walked up to him, cleared his throat and immidiatly came to the point,” Look. Professor Kim.” he started,” I don’t know what you are trying to do with Jaewook. But you can’t take him back to wherever you him are taking. Think about his studies, think about his thoughts about this, how he feels. Think about his friends.” he blurted out. He had been thinking over and over again how to phrase his thoughts to the other but standing infront of the other he couldn’t stop feeling nervous and let the words just roll out of his mouth. Luckily there was nobody else than just the two of them and nobody saw how he was acting. Jung Yunho doesn’t get nervous around people…

Except when that person has flashed a cold look towards you, just as Kim Woobin has done as he was finished ranting to the said professor.

It was a typical afternoon for Seongnam, more specifically, for Alexander. The Brit didn't really know what was going on outside his classroom. All he knew was how he needed to wait for an email from his father and the internet connection in his apartment was being a "retard" as he would say. With every tick of the clock, Alex grew more impatient, knowing that it was probably early in the morning back in London and why the hell his father wanted him to receive the email now. 

As he looked up to the clock in the classroom, someone knocked the door of the classroom, making the professor snapped his head towards the direction. Before he could say anything, another male came in. Woobin saw him around before. He was another professor in the university and before this one, they never exchanged a word. What could bring him here? "What do I--", his words cut off with the other's words. His ears twitched in irritation slightly, hearing how this person - this stranger - easily barged into his classroom and his problem with Darien. 

Waiting for the other male to finished, the professor crossed his arms and looked up to him from his seat. He had no intention to stand up and just let his eyes speak. When he finished, Woobin licked his bottom lip slightly as his gaze lowered. "So you came here, not even introducing yourself, say a greeting and barged into my family's business?", he looked back up to the other. "Did your parents ever teach you manners?"
