Right now I’m heavily focused on Pico’s School and Friday Night Funkin’, ask me about anything pertaining to those, I love sharing my thoughts on them

I think that Nell struggles a lot with vulnerability and opening up. This comes from me headcanoning him as a perfectionist, he doesn’t like to show himself “out of line,” and often struggles to express himself when he’s going through something. His friends do make it easier for him, but it’s still hard

I like to think that he’s like this because of his upbringing. His parents expected (and still do) so much from him that it’s practically ingrained into how he functions as a person

His ADHD does not help with this as he often finds himself stuck, unable to finish things, or focusing on one thing at a time rather than the big picture. But that’s mostly in reference to his work, and his life while he was in school

I like to think that he’s blunt, but this is the one thing he cannot be blunt with—he hadn’t really had the space to be himself while he was growing up. (I still don’t have his family and home life fully laid out yet, but hopefully this gives a good idea)
