Promo stills of Bill in Hemlock Grove, Season 3 were released today (October 1, 2015).
From IGN:
All 10 new episodes will premiere Friday, October 23rd at 12:01am PT on Netflix, and we’ve got an exclusive sneak peek of Olivia (Famke Janssen), Roman (Bill Skarsgård), Peter (Landon Liboiron) and more in these pictures, as the story goes to darker, twistier and totally unexpected places - all leading up to an epic series finale.
Want three words that describe Season 3? “Jaw. Dropping. Literally,“ executive producer Eli Roth teased. “We’re going to wrap up the story, and it’s going to be messy - not in terms of story, but in terms of gory.”
“We really got to pull out all the stops,” executive producer and showrunner Charles “Chic” Eglee added. “It’s no-holds-barred; we did it all.”
In one of the images, you’ll see a new character, Annie, played by Camille De Pazzis (Last Resort, The Following). The producers were tight-lipped about her exact role in the story, but rest assured, it’s big.
For some, the show offered an education. Liboiron says being a part of Hemlock Grove “felt like college, in a way. (Skarsgård and I) learned a lot about how the industry works and how production works on television. I think we gained a lot from the show for learning that.”
“You become like a dysfunctional family,” Janssen says of the bond among the cast. Says Liboiron: “I made some of my best new friends on the show. There were laughs and good times, but when it came to the work, it was always very maddening.”
The over-the-top storylines shock the actors, too. “It’s very funny to see people’s facial expressions while they’re reading scripts on set,” Janssen says. “They come in and (go), ‘Can you believe what’s happening now?’”
