Always remind yourself of what your end goal is -the happiness of other. this outlook will put you on the path to be a great leader one day . it does not matter if you are a leader of thousand employees or just one person . it does not matter even if you do not have a single person reporting to you if you work well and seek to fulfil the dreams of others as much as your own

chanakya in a daily life(self-discipline)

there are two types of discipline- external discipline and internal/self-discipline

discipline may be enforced externally in the beginning say, by teacher in school, or a boss at work, or a parent at home. but, in the long run, the external discipline should be internalized and turned into self-discipline
