Hello🤓🤓

This is me, Jaikogoda (Kaguyahime).

This is my second blog where I will post all stuff that interests me and my occasional thoughts. I have decided to keep my main blog mostly for my artworks (digital and traditional).

The stuff I love include: Physics, Nature, Trees, Critters, extinct critters, Dinosaurs, Mammoth steppe ecosystem, Pleistocene epoch, ancient history, all history, Mathematics, Politics, Inca civilization, Native American mythology, Yellowstone national park etc etc.

I am not neurotypical.

I was nervous to say this out loud (still am). I am a Physics major who is not good a Physics and is currently seeing a Psychologist due to academic burnout.

I want to do Physics for a living. I want to apply for PhD positions outside my country but before that I am planning to build a strong base (and to set aside my lack of confidence). I don't know if I can do it, but we'll see. I will update everything here.🤞

Anyways, my favorite books: LOTR trilogy, Wimpy Kid, Goosebumps, The Spiderwick Chronicles, Guardians of Ga'hoole, Oru Dheshathinte Kadha (a famous novel in my native tongue) by S.K Pottekatt and his travelogues and anything written by Ruskin Bond.

Favorite movies: LOTR trilogy, Howl's Moving Castle, The Cat Returns, The Tale of Princess Kaguya and anything from Studio Ghibli, Song of the Sea (Cartoon Salon; if you like Ghibli, definitely check it out) and Hey Jude (in my native tongue) and The lovely bones.

I don't have any favorite actors since I don't know nothing about their personalities irl, BUT,

Brenden Fraser💖 ( Thank you for making my childhood wonderful and imaginative). Journey to the Centre of the Earth and the Mummy series stimulated my nerd brain!!!

And Nivin Pauly for wonderfully portraying a man with Asperger's in the movie "Hey Jude". Even though I am not autistic, there were many instances in the movie were my mother would look at me because they were so relatable.

Favorite director: Peter Jackson and Hayao Miyazaki

My music taste is all over the place, but I really like Andean music. MY favorite bands are Kala Marka (Ama amazonas💖, el jaguar), Alborada (ananaua, lay-o-lay-ale-loya), and Charijayac.

Current fav: Tchaikovsky's the march of the Toy soldiers

Yes, because the Washington state government activated like a sleeper-cell and ruthlessly, systematically hunted them down and annihilated them.

Yes because an army of software engineers working around the clock, losing sleep, and busting ass till the last minute prevented it from happening.

You mean the one that was fixed through rigorous world wide government action?

One of the root problems of our society is a refusal or inability by media to articulate that all those “it’s gonna be an apocalypse” disasters were not disasters because we collectively did something about them.

The good news is this is actually quite correctable. I maintain my firm belief that we as humans are capable of solving almost all of our problems, when we decide to do so.

And I still think that’s going to happen. I don’t know when or how, but I do know that abandoning hope won’t help bring it about.

And I refuse to let the cynics own a chunk of my heart.

It's always hard reading about the violence committed to steal America, but the buffalo is always like... That's some inhuman shit. Everyone is burning in hell for that one. Wdym there were thirty to sixty MILLION buffalo in 1800, and by 1900 there were only 300 left. THREE HUNDRED. Do you know, can you fathom the amount of purposeful cruelty required to kill NINETY NINE PERCENT of a population of an animal, just to spite and murder the living Native people who existed and thrived with them? All this, for White Power and Entitlement?? Sickening.

It’s extremely fucked up that some ppl try to make you feel stupid and immature for hoping for a better world. You say you want world peace and mfs think you need a pacifier; dawg, I just don’t want ppl dying from violence. This idea that ppl simply must die as casualties of war is misanthropic to say the least.
