a law of assumption & self care based guide
đ CHAPTER 1: LAW OF ASSUMPTION GUIDE
đ. how to change your mindset Ë*
-by changing your mindset, you will change your life. let me make this clear from the very beginning: you CANNOT change your physical reality if you donât change in imagination FIRST. but what does this exactly mean? does this mean that youâre going to be thinking about your desires non-stop? does this mean you cannot slip and let out your emotions? or does this mean that you canât have negative thoughts?
the answer to all these questions is no. youâre going to have your moments of weakness, youâre eventually going to get undesired and unfavourable thoughts about anything, itâs completely fine and human. thatâs what you are after all. so embrace your emotions, cry as much as you need, scream your lungs out, take the time to bring comfort to yourself and do it slowly. thereâs no need to rush. nothing is permanent and so are your emotions.
all that you need to do is relax and take it easy. you know how the law works, right? if you donât, let me break it down for you:
sit down and relax. breathe slowly. take a look at yourself in the mirror. once youâve done that, find a comfortable position, whether itâs laying down or sitting up. take a good 15 to 20 minutes to clear out your mind & understand what you really want. do you have everything clear in your mind? good. if youâd like, you can also script it down (optional step. it is not necessary).
now repeat after me: âitâs doneâ. easy, right? well now guess what, you have successfully manifested all your desires. donât believe me? you donât have to. all you have to do is have faith and believe in yourself. see how easy it was for you to imagine your desires? now you also know how easy it was to manifest them. congrats, youâve done it!
đđ. faith & belief Ë*
-faith and belief are, in my honest opinion, key when it comes to manifestation. whatâs important to highlight when making such statement, is that the you need to have faith in YOURself. you need to believe in YOURself. not anyone elseâs self. âbut andreia, how do i believe in myself if i never trusted it?â the key is to live in the mind/imagination. your imagination is your only, true reality. in imagination, you have to think of yourself as if youâre confident and believe in you. take the âfake it till you make itâ quote seriously for a minute: if youâre someone who struggles with their self-concept, youâre gonna have to plant the seed first to make the plant grow and flourish. in this case scenario, the seed is PERSISTANCE IN THE MIND and the plant is the BELIEF.
so yes, as much as you already have what you want the second you decide it (because by definition, the law works ALWAYS instantly), you have to store FAITH & BELIEVE in yourself. we all start from point 0. youâre gonna have to trust yourself one way of another and whatâs a better way if not faking it at first? whatâs extra important tho is that you have to PERSIST and not give up.
đđđ. the urge to give up and how to deal with it Ë*
-this is just a personal rundown, some of the things that have tremendously helped me when i was on the verge of giving up and didnât believe in myself. what i did was completely stop thinking about my desires and focus on my well-being. i noticed how over consuming information was damaging my brain and not making me ACTUALLY understand the law. this is what i feel is the problem with a lot of people; they over consume information in hopes to finally get all of their questions answered, when in reality there are zero questions. you know how the law works and itâs NOT gonna fail you.
so what i did was take a break. take a break from social media and from my phone. note: you can NEVER take a break from manifesting (since youâre always switching states), but you can take a break from acknowledging it. going out with your friends, meet new people, open up to your parents and family members, trying new activities, doing yoga (my personal fav!), working out and travelling are all good distractions to help you detach. itâs almost a âreverse methodâ, where youâre paying attention to the physical world and not your inner world.
đđ. law of assumption rundown Ë*
-the key points of manifestation. note that everybodyâs journey is different. people are gonna believe in different things/methods/ways to manifest and thatâs fine. thereâs no need to have full on discourses about whatâs better between âstatesâ or âa+pâ, because at the end of the day, what you put your trust in (what you have faith in) will work out for you. thatâs the principle of the law.
be in a relaxed state of mind: donât beat yourself up, donât force yourself to believe what someone else believes in, let our your emotions: cry, scream, laugh, jump, leap DO IT ALL. trust your gut and your gut only.
clear out your mind: decide what is it that you ACTUALLY want. it could be absolutely anything in this world. nothing is impossible unless you believe it is.
literally tell yourself that it is done. because guess what, it is. congrats now, you have successfully manifested you dream life!
your focus MUST stay in imagination. thatâs your only reality, thereâs only one and that is it. no, donât worry about the 3d. that is what follows and it canât and WONâT follow up if you havenât experienced it in imagination first.
faith and belief are key. canât go anywhere without âem. remember, itâs NOT your thoughts that manifest. you can have up to 70,000 thoughts everyday. imagine for a second that you THINK about getting hit by a car (very occurring thought of mine lol). does this now mean that you manifested that? hell no. if you donât believe youâre gonna get hit by a car, then itâs just not going to happen. so donât stress out about impending doubts or anything, they mean absolutely nothing.
take it easy and do whatever you want. this is your life! not mine, or your momâs, or whoever elseâs. if youâre having a hard time, take a break and focus on your well-being. when youâre healthy and ready tho, pick yourself back up and be STUBBORN. you have what you want whether you like it or not.
đ CHAPTER 2: SELF CARE GUIDE
âĄâ§âË this is both for my loass girlies and the girlies that donât manifest. yeah, iâm a girl blogger too now, you better get accustomed to it because thereâs gonna be a lot of shit posting on my account from now on eheh.
đ. skin care routine Ë*
cleansing: fresh lukewarm-to-cold water to avoid getting burnt and irritated from hot water. use a gentle cleansing soap thatâs specifically made for your skin! *go to your doctor and/or dermatologist for an in-depth consultation.
moisturiser: always keep in mind that all skin types need to be moisturised.
spf: take your middle-most fingers and apply the product onto them, do not directly make contact with the plastic tube. find an spf thatâs made specifically for your face, not the one you use for your entire body.
double cleansing: especially if you wear makeup and had it on for many hours during the day, itâs important you make sure to double cleanse your skin.
moisturiser: right after you pat-dried your skin *better with a paper sheet rather than a cotton towel, apply it to your skin.
thatâs pretty much it! remember that less is better. ââşââ
đđ. body care (hair, teeth, skin) Ë*
make sure to wash your hair with lukewarm or slightly cold water.
double shampoo your scalp, not your mid-ends.
put on conditioner after youâve rinsed your hair: the âsquish-to-condishâ method consists into taking some of the product into your hand and smoothly drag it between your hair and then taking the base of your ends and squish them upwards. make sure that, before your do this, thereâs still water in your hair.
rub an unscented soap bar on your skin with a little fabric towel. my personal favourite is the dove âbeauty barâ soap.
rinse the soap away and take your body wash (this could be scented) to clean your body once more.
scrub your body at least twice a week and try to shave as little as you can to avoid getting razor bumps and ingrown hairs.
right out the shower, take your moisturiser and rub it across your entire body. my personal favourite scents are almond, vanilla and coconut.
preferably use an electric toothbrush.
get a tongue scraper and really get in there! thatâs where all your mouth germs reside.
đđđ. healthy habits (journaling & exercising) Ë*
literally just grab a piece of paper or get a notebook or use the notes on your phone, it doesnât matter how and where you do it, I find journaling an extremely relaxing activity. not only youâre spending your time to collect all your memories and experiences for your future self to read, but youâre also relaxing your mind. if youâre someone who likes to stay on their phone a lot (trust me, iâve been there), you need to start forcing yourself to detach from it in one way or another. journaling is fun and it doesnât take you a long time to get pen and paper and start writing!
another beneficial aspect that comes from this activity is that itâll most likely improve your writing skills and itâll help you come up with lots of creative ideas when putting your mind into writing an essay, for example. journaling has personally helped me a lot with that!
ahh yes working out, one of my fave activities ever! except when i literally almost faint from doing sit-ups, but hey, i always come out alive after. no but seriously, working out is so so so beneficial for your body! i know that some of my loass girlies will wonder âmmh, but andreia you already have your desired body, right? then why do you work out?â well the answer to that question is that it brings me peace. it makes me feel serene, content and it distracts me from negative things or thoughts.
another reason why i work out is because iâve always loved going to the gym with my friends. itâs sorta our safe space, i know that unfortunately (especially for women) gyms are not safest places to stay in, but you can probably find an only-women gym at your local city! (or manifest it of course ;)
if youâre not a gym enthusiast but still wants to work out, here are some good free home workouts that i used to follow before i started going to the gym again Â Ö Ö´Â Öź ŰŞÂ
ŕ¨ŕ§ lilly sabriâs warm up workout
ŕ¨ŕ§ daisy keechâs âhourglass absâ workout

and there you have it! a personal-based guide to master the IT girl lifestyle. please keep in mind that everybodyâs thought process is different, meaning that not everyone is going to agree on my views about the law of assumption and what not. this was just a fun and (hopefully) simple guide based on what works for me! i hope you enjoyed reading âĄ
with love always, andreia (halo) ââĄ Ë âš Ý Ö´ Â
