The judge who sentenced this sexual predator is Rosemarie Aquilina. Larry Nassar abused over 150 women, including Gabby Douglas, Simone Biles, and Aly Raisman. Judge Rosemarie made sure this predator pays the price for each and every one of them. Hella props to this badass judge. Judges around the world need to take notes.

Everybody has an online personality even if their not aware of it . It’s time the personalities stop and the advocacy begins there’s so many issues to not only speak on but to fight for can you really sit and think that it doesn’t effect you or that it doesn’t fit your esthetic . World wide issues shouldn’t have to happen close to home for you to feel pain , sympathy to simply feel the need to fight for what’s right

July is BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month. BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, and the purpose of the observance is to bring awareness to the unique struggles that underrepresented groups face regarding mental illness in the United States. Join psychologist and author, Dr. Melissa Munro Boyd, for a reading and discussion of her book, B is for Breathe: The ABCs of Coping with Fussy and Frustrating Feelings. Dr. Boyd will also talk about current issues affecting children as well as adults, such as school, racial, COVID concerns.

Melissa Munro Boyd, PsyD, ABPP is a wife, mother of three, clinical psychologist, and officer in the United States Army. Dr. Boyd has spent much of her clinical career treating service members with behavioral health disorders, including PTSD. Prior to the military, Dr. Boyd worked with children in the Philadelphia School District. God and her family have been a constant source of strength and motivation.
