Here’s 3 pages of a comic i wrote in May. I had a general narrative in my head for about a year before writing it down, i drew 40 (4 panel) pages and coloured about 10 in gouache (and posted several on here but then deleted them). I ultimately abandoned the story and felt pretty bad about the work i’d done. It was in a period that i was very motivated to make something worthwile and finished so giving up on this was kind of a blow. It’s not really that bad though and i have lots of ideas about how to continue with it now.

I posted this a while ago and then deleted it, looking at it now i think that it’s pretty good.

Looking back at the stuff i’ve done in the last 12 months makes me feel like i should have done much much more. haha, but it’s no shock to my self image knowing i don’t draw enough.
