My principles of #Fitness #Health & #Wellness : 40% Nutritional Food 30% Mindset (Habits & Practices, consistency) 20% Daily Stretching 10% Regular Exercise A reminder that we don’t have to be a gym rat or a diet fanatic to achieve health, wellness + fitness. The quality of our foods, Mindfulness of our routines, Our relationship to our bodies, and moving them daily in a manner that feels good, to me are the key components. If you are able to exercise regularly in some form, then great. That can be hiking in nature, dancing, swimming, running, yoga, sports, or weights - whichever rocks your boat. My New Year 100-Day Push Up challenge: Do one push up today, then just add one for the next 100 days. So: Day 1 = 1 Day 2 = 2 Day 10 = 10 Day 25 = 25 Day 100 = 100 You can take breaks (especially as you get to higher numbers) but see if you can do them in one seating (it may take 5mins or less early on, then 10mins or less on the higher numbers) Comment below if you’re joining me, and we’ll check in every 10 days.
