Pen Pals Wanted (Snail Mail and Email)!
Hello! I’m James, a seventeen-year-old (nearing eighteen as of March 2020) who wants nothing more than to have someone to talk to during these events in my life.

Reading; some of my favourite stories are War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy, The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, The Very Old Man With Enormous Wings by Gabriel García Márquez, and The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway.
Writing; although I’m an amateur, I tend to take my writing with more passion than for anything else in my life (it’s very purple prose though, my apologies!).
Ex. A pleasant dream, a mix of cake and Caroline’s kiss, distracts me from gloom. Avidity pumped through a shot of brass, cozy and numb in claustrophobic sotto voce. An intense tuning note crumbles around the squeak of her rose pink sneakers, brushed in pungent vinegars and contrasting her inky ensemble.
Languages; while English is my native language, I seek out knowledge regarding other languages such as Cree, French, Dutch, Norwegian, and Latin! If you’re ever interested in telling me about languages you speak, do tell!
Aesthetics; I tend to fantasize about living my life like a movie. Aesthetics such as Dark Academia, Light Academia, Retro, Vintage, and Cottagecore are some of the few I hyper fixate around.
