While I was in Nashville, I had to check out The Soda Parlor. For those of you who don't follow him, Olan Rogers is easily one of the best content creators on YouTube. Not only does the guy know how to craft a story, but he also treats people exceptionally well. Apparently he also knows how to set up an awesome shop. While I didn't get to meet him, I did get to meet his "lady", and she was just as awesome and incredibly helpful. If you're ever in Nashville, you definitely need to check out The Soda Parlor.
Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to work as a production assistant for the tenth season of America’s Got Talent at a casting call in Nashville, Tennessee. On Monday, I drove to Nashville and stayed with Dan Hinst, my former youth minister, and his family. On Tuesday, I went to Music City Center, moved equipment from the loading bay, assisted with setting up the casting and holding rooms, and trained for my position with registration. On Wednesday, I directed contestants from the front of the line to registration, assisted with crowd control for a few crowd shots, broke down equipment, and loaded equipment on to the production trucks. It was a short gig, but it was good work. I got to meet and work with some awesome people. Plus, I am rather fond of Nashville. It’s just a cool city.

About three and half weeks ago, I had the privilege of filming Jaiden and Jordan Long's wedding at Oakhill Plantation. It was a pleasure working with them both and capturing their special day. Congratulations again to Mr. and Mrs. Long.

Just three weeks ago, I had the privilege of filming Kayla and Harrison Zeigler's wedding. It was a pleasure being a part of this special occasion and getting to know these two awesome people. Congratulations again to Mr. and Mrs. Zeigler.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking senior portraits for my future sister-in-law, Kassie Bohannon. Kassie is a senior at Appling Christian Academy in Baxley, Georgia. Her beautiful appearance and captivating mind allowed for an incredibly enjoyable photo shoot. Thanks to Kayla Bohannon and Adam Powers for your assistance yesterday.
