Looking back to lockdown, I helped edit my friend Mev's autobiography. His life story was an unbelievable journey of light and dark. It moved me to tears at times as I processed the grief of losing my own father in 2019 while reading the tragedies my friend Mev faced. But also the magic and wonder of the joyous things in his life were a wonder to behold! One man's triumph over adversity. This is a story to lift hearts and restore faith in humanity. Loved working on it for love and friendship. One day it will make a great movie. In The Top 10 Weirdest Things To Happen To Me Chatting away in the gaming office about an hour ago and I suddenly noticed my boot heel was half off and black bits everywhere. To make things worse the maximum size for shoes in nearby shops is 45 and I am 47. Having asked everyone if they had glue to no avail, my wife became my hero! She is sending me shoes from home by courier!!! Best wife in the world. She laughed so much when I messaged her.😆 The first thing she said was not how would I get home but make sure I hoover the carpet.😆😆 The weird thing is I haven't worn them much in 2 years but I think the heat melted them. They were directly below our apartment skylight.☀️🔥 I have pulled the heel off totally as it was odd walking with the heel half off.
