Reminder, everyone...
The colour wheel release date is the first eta we’ve received. Staff usually don’t provide eta’s since they’re not willing to put up with the drama if things don’t go to plan or if things get pushed back. PLEASE If the date gets pushed back, if the site goes down, if things go horribly wrong, BE PATIENT AND POSITIVE. How we all react to any problems could affect how releases of highly anticipated site features are handled in the future. We were given time to prepare for this, so let’s handle any setbacks maturely so the staff will hopefully trust us with more eta’s in the future.

Like it’s alright to be disappointed/upset with aspects after implementation. It’s alright to point out mistakes that may/will happen AFTER the release is over- probably in the next 24h or so unless it’s a glaring problem (like a gene doesn’t show up on a new color, or shows up for the wrong gender/breed- lookin’ at u female thylacine on male pc’s). Reg window, new colors, baby boom. There’s so much that can go wrong. So please be patient. Please point out bugs and errors in a factual, calm matter.

Please. It will be over a year since the wheel was announced, but remember that the delays have come because they decided to expand the new colors even more. Just be calm. Even if it gets pushed back a day. If you’re hatching eggs, I suggest hatching in batches, so that if there are any problems with the color implementation you haven’t just hatched ALL your eggs. Keep an eye on the bug report forum, and try to post in the correct threads if you notice something is off- and BE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND COURTEOUS.
