We just completed a fantastic Home Staging project completed with renovations and Handyman work. Our client was told to list her home for just over $300,000. The Realtor we work with got the listing. We added new light fixtures to really brighten up the space. Incorrect lighting is a huge reason that a home might not sell. Also, in a small space, the correct size furniture is key.
We brought the West Coast wood side tables and headboard into this bedroom for a warm and cozy look and feeling.
We added new carpet which really added a fresh and warm feeling to the space.
We added new quartz kitchen counter tops with a double under mount sink, new faucet and painted out the cabinetry. A few accessories ties it all together for a fresh new look!
What a HUGE change in the bathroom! We also added a new quartz counter top with a new under mount sink and trendy faucet, painted out the cabinetry and had Renaissance Painting and Restoration clean the grout in the shower and replace the caulking with a bright new white. It’s now a SPA!
Cleaning the tile and decorating this patio adds LIFE! Who wouldn’t want to sit here?
This condo will be listed between $399,000 - $415,000-…that’s between $100 - $115,000 more than the previous Realtor wanted to list it for!
