Best piece of advice I could give anyone is to stay away from anything that makes you feel small. People, places, situations… And continually check yourself about it too. Like regularly ask yourself if you feel like you’re closing in on yourself or opening up and able to bloom
Be thankful that you can't understand some people's behavior
Sometimes we waste too much energy trying to figure out why someone hurt us, betrayed us, lied, ghosted, or treated us badly. We replay the situation over and over, asking ourselves how they could do that. But in reality, we don’t want to understand we just want them to stop the hurt they caused us
Be thankful that your heart and mind don’t operate on the same frequency as theirs. The fact that you can’t comprehend their behavior means you don’t think like them. You don’t treat people with cruelty. You don’t make choices that intentionally hurt others. That inability to understand is a sign of your character not a weakness
Trying to make sense of someone else’s brokenness will only exhaust you. Some actions are simply not logical when viewed through the lens of kindness, integrity, and respect. Accept that their choices are a reflection of who they are, not of your worth
Let it go and be grateful you are different. Protect your peace, stay soft and keep your standards. Not everyone deserves a seat at your table and you’ll never regret refusing to join someone else in their chaos

The Law of Accumulation is the idea that small, consistent actions over time lead to significant results. Every little step builds on the last, creating momentum & compounding into something bigger. For example, saving a small amount regularly can grow into a substantial amount of $$ , exercising daily for 20 minutes is more effective than a sporadic intense workout.
The key is simply consistency & patience. Results may not show immediately, but over time little efforts lead to big changes. This works for both positive and negative habits—healthy choices transform your life, while poor ones can set you back. Focus on small, manageable goals, stick with them and trust the process.
Little by little, a little becomes a lot.
Choose a frequency, elevate yourself to that frequency & your entire environment, life & people will change
The moment you decide you are worthy. The universe starts to agree.
You can’t change your life without your life changing.
You can’t step into your best life without some change—and sometimes that means your current life feels like it’s falling apart. It might seem chaotic, but it’s really life clearing space for what you’ve been asking for.
You asked for self love, so you’re facing the parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding. You asked for peace, so friendships built on chaos are ending. You asked for abundance, so you’re being pushed out of your comfort zone.
It’s not punishment—it’s preparation.
Your only job is to show up as the version of you who’s ready and believe you deserve what’s coming.
How to transform your life in one year:
• Practice Daily Gratitude: Focus on what’s going right instead of what’s wrong. Start each day by acknowledging three things you’re grateful for—it shifts your mindset and opens doors to more positivity.
• Embrace Solitude to Reconnect with Yourself: Spending time alone can be intimidating, but it’s where self-discovery happens. Use this time to reflect, journal, or set goals. Reinvent yourself from the inside out.
• Choose Your Circle Wisely: Surround yourself with people who uplift, inspire, and energize you. Let go of relationships that drain your spirit or pull you backward.
• Reduce Distractions: Take a break from social media, endless scrolling, and mindless entertainment. Get back your time, and use it to work on your goals or indulge in self-care.
• Focus on One Skill: Choose one skill or passion that you want to master this year. Go all in—whether it’s learning a language, writing, or a professional skill, make it your main focus and track your progress.
• Move Your Body Daily: Physical movement is essential, not just for fitness but for mental clarity. Stretch, walk, dance, or do whatever you enjoy to keep your body and mind active.
• Commit to Self-Love: Make a promise to yourself to love and accept who you are at every step of the journey. Speak kindly to yourself, honor your needs, and embrace your unique qualities.
• Get Intentional with Your Time: Instead of just letting the days pass, structure your time. Set goals for each week, prioritize what matters most, and stay consistent.
• Cultivate a Growth Mindset: Embrace challenges, learn from setbacks, and view everything as a step forward. Growth doesn’t come from comfort—it comes from resilience.
The mindset of a woman who loves herself:
• Journals instead of oversharing online or with the wrong people
• Ends relationships that don’t align, instead of changing herself
• Says 'no' to anything below her standards
• Steers clear of drama
• Prioritizes self care, health & growth
• Avoids jealousy & competition with other women
• Makes time for creativity & hobbies
• Values quality over quantity
• Responds with grace, not impulse
• Boundaries
• Long term goals not instant gratification
