JI1VLV - Nanako Ihara, Kami-Soshigaya, Tokyo
20 October 1977 and 9 October 1978.
Probably the nicest hand-made cards I’ve come across so far - and the only ones stamped with a hanko (in the bottom left corner: ナナ子).
In 1994 someone with the same name published a book on amateur radio - “すばらしい海外交信の世界―HF(短波)で広がるアマチュア無線の楽しさ”, or very roughly, “The wonderful world of overseas communications - spreading fun by amateur radio”. If my reading is right, it sounds like she also had a column - ナナ子のログより (from the logs of Nanako) in a radio magazine.
