Have you ever cry deeply with no apparent reason? If it's a yes, then let me tell you five things to overcome it: 1. Don't push yourself too hard; If you feel like you can't handle some things, then don't do it. Every human has its own limit, and so do you. You deserve to be happy, you deserve to enjoy your life. You live for your own sake of happiness, don't think otherwise. 2. Speak what is up on your mind; Everyone has their own right to speak up, including you. If you don't like some things—avoid it, if you don't like some people behaviors—tell them. Don't burden yourself with your thoughts. 3. If you feel you have hid a lot of things, then try to bring those out; I remember a psychologist once said, if you feel like you cry oftenly with no reasons. Maybe it's because you hide your own thoughts, feelings or even some things that bothers you everytime. It's just like you pour water into a glass—at some point, it's going to spill out of the glass. Just like your heart, your heart cannot hold too much negative things. Speak up, okay? 4. Don't tell yourself nor your friends that you are okay if you aren't; It's okay to feel 'not okay', God created us feelings—to feel things. Do not hesitate to ask your friends for a help—talk about it. Find that's triggering your 'not okay', and find the way out. 5. Hug somebody and tell them every problems that you've had; I believe, that a hug will heal some pain for a while. Don't be embarassed, even if you're a boy. Even a toughest man could cry, so you can cry too! Just remember, everyone loves you—don't think that no one would hear your pain, I will be here if you need someone to talk. Lots of love, Me. p.s. You don't have to agree with these tips, these are the things that I did when I cry. p.p.s. i know it's not that easy to do these.
