Why do I feel like I’m betraying people?

A week ago I was considering of ending everything. Overdose of iron supplements. Would it work? Not sure. Do I want to die? Not sure. But I hope it ends, whatever it may be.

And now, I’m spending time with those I love - not mentioning any of my troubles with them. It is just hard to explain and whole process of trying to use the right words to describe how I feel is exhausting.

But I hope they all sleep well at night. I hope they don’t get these spiders that constantly move around my head, my body, and in all places I don’t want them to be.
