okay so the b&w version does have a functional purpose beyond gimmick. every light especially ones that are important looks soooooo good.

if nothing else (i don't know if there's anything else yet i'm not that far into ep 1) the soundscape + the soothing sounds of nic cage doing an old timey new york voice is weirdly relaxinh

the show LOOKS excellent but the way it seems to approach its setting is reminiscent of wandavision in a way that makes me uncomfortable. and when i say uncomfortable i mean i'm scared this show is going to be capital r Racist

the gimmick of there being a black and white version is cool and all but i wanna know if they just slapped a black and white filter on it or what. like. it looks pretty high quality? and i don't really know how this kind of filter works but i just don't know how feasible it is to put a heavy filter on a whole show? does it affect the image quality
