FULLY VOICE ACTED!

Holy plosives, Batman!  This game has over 350 lines of fully voiced dialogue!  Wow-wee, that’s a lot!  What’s even cooler is that our cast consists of THREE PEOPLE!!  That basically means that if you like the idea of an 18 year old male who’s probably a baritone* trying to emulate the voices of Wendee Lee or Kira Buckland, then this is the game for you. 

*If it turns out I’m not a baritone, please let me know.  I’m not really well versed in that sort of thing.

BIG FUNNY!

Some people have told me that I’m funny.  Is this the truth?  Well pal, everything in the universe is subjective for the most part so there’s no way to know for sure.  Regardless, there are plenty of jokes in this here game that’s sure to make the whole family laugh!  If your whole family finds middle-school level intellectual humor hilarious, that is.  It’s probably funny.  Let’s leave it at that.

EXTREME COMBAT!

What would an RPG be without fighting elements?  Well, a different RPG than this one, that’s for sure.  Every party member, character, and boss has a moveset completely unique to their character!  It’s almost as if you were really there in the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles yourself, picking a fight with Tenko every thirty seconds!  A lot of time went into movesets and balance, so I hope you enjoy coming up with fun strategies to face the dangers Korekiyo may encounter on his quest!

BANGIN’ TUNES!

The soundtrack is good.  Stolen, but good nonetheless.  Disclaimer’s included with the game’s files, so please read that before taking legal action.  You’ll just have to take my word for it that I incorporated my good music tastes with the game.  Do you like Marina and the Diamonds?  If so, you’ll have a good time with this game.  That’s all I’m gonna say.

TOTALLY META!

If you’ve played Danganronpa V3, then you should know that it has a well-written overarching theme of truth versus lies.  When making this game, I asked myself… what would happen if we went even further with this theme?  What if we treated whole portions of the original game ITSELF as lies?  Therefore, I am happy to announce that Chapter 3 isn’t canon in this game!  Regardless of the fact that it takes place during Chapter 2.  But this basically means that Korekiyo’s Epic Quest for Pussy is ALREADY better than V3!  You can thank me later.

This also means that there are spoilers for Chapter 1 and parts of Chapter 2.  Be warned, fellas.

Is venting on here cool?

Let's see here. Only 1.5 people i know go on here actively, and all my followers are ghosts, so lets give this a shot. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, my 100% feelings.

So I don't exactly know what to do. I hurt the feelings of my friend (again) and I can't do shit about it. Apologizing will probably mean nothing at this point. I can try, but it won't work. Usually it eventually blows over, but this time we have a time limit. Everyone in my friend group is meeting on Saturday, so I have until then to patch things up before I ruin someone's birthday who isn't even involved in the problem. I heard from their S/O that "It wasn't just last night" but it was. Again, no need to sugarcoat it. It was last night that pushed them off the edge and made them leave. It was me. And I don't have to be a genius to figure that out.

So! There it is. I don't know how to fix this, nor do I know how to do it before Saturday. Why am I posting this on Tumblr? Is it a cry for help maybe? I do feel bad for their S/O, who is probably the only one to read this except for maybe 1 random person online. They're in the middle. I saw them today and they were nice to me. But yet what does the friend that I hurt say about me to them? What do they say back? Everything is a confusing mess.

Hey, so the character animation in Soul Eater was really fucking beautiful.

This man, this wonderful, wonderful man, gives 500% with every game he works on to make it the best experience he can. He messes up sometimes, everyone does, but he gives his all to try and make his games packed with content and please his fans.

This game is on the 3DS. If it was remade with only HD visuals and was put on the Switch, there would be people who wouldn’t even guess it was on 3DS given how much content is stuffed into Uprising. There’s a lot.

And say what you will about Brawl, but talk about ambitious. A full-fledged story mode with Nintendo’s characters interacting with one another through cutscenes, Solid Snake and Sonic the Hedgehog in the game, a bunch of modes and achievements, online play, 258 songs (not including variations or sound effects), live orchestrated music (main theme with Latin lyrics sung by a mixed choir), save battle replays, Stage Builder, etc.

And this man continued to work on the Super Smash Bros. series despite his calcific tendinitis (extreme pain near his shoulder) which affected him whenever moving his arm and did so against his doctor’s instruction to rest.

Masahiro Sakurai does what he can to make fans happy.

Can you even imagine how difficult it was to bring back every character from all of the Super Smash Bros. games? Especially Snake?

He did that because he didn’t want people to be disappointed that they would lose a character like in previous installments. And has included some of the most fan-requested characters people have wanted for over 15 years like Ridley and King K. Rool.

Stop complaining your favorite character didn’t get in and leave Masahiro Sakurai alone. The fact that I’ve had make another post about this makes me disappointed in the fanbase and sad for Sakurai.

Hot take: Kris isn’t an empty vessel. They are a fully realized character, whose characterization doesn’t line up with what happens at the end. Meaning that [that final action] is done not by Kris, not by the player, but by a third person.
