Here’s a very easy way to make a simple topper! Print out what you want on paper and cut them out. You can stick it on cardboard to give it more structure then stick a toothpick on the back and ta-da an easy and quick topper. Getting my technique right but as I was so focused on the mixing process I forgot to add the flavouring properly 🤦‍♀️ practice makes perfect! If you fail a few times, that’s okay. Find out where you went wrong so you can change it when you try again. These cookies and cream weren’t so bad just the flavour wasn’t as strong as I would of liked.

Taro and coconut sponge cake topped with raspberry macarons and Raffaello. To get the white chocolate ganache drip to be white and not that yellowish colour, I use a few drops of Wilton’s white-white icing colour. (at Liverpool, New South Wales, Australia)

Sometimes I like to eat Nutella straight out of the tub. How do you enjoy Nutella? These Nutella cupcakes were delicious! The buttercream was so smooth and just melts in your mouth. If you love Nutella you’ll love these! Hmmm.. what flavour should I make next? 🤔

Made a last minute cake and thought I’d mix it up, there’s hand piped roses and beautiful edible florals from @petiteingredient The edible flowers just give a pop of colour against the pastel roses. 😍
